Great experience here, I got my first set of eyelash extensions in July before I went on vacation. I had a terrible allergic reactions and Virginia was readily accessible to talk me through this. She met with me that day to remove the eyelashes. Very sad to take them off because they were GORGEOUS! Natural, subtle, and affordable. I would reccomend Virginia to all my friends. Terrible experience..she's a SCAM!! =( this is the first time I've ever gotten my lashes done professionally. I mentioned to Virginia how excited I was to finally be getting them done! I was told the service lasts 4-6 wks with a free 2 wk refill. They began falling off after only 3 days!!! I contacted her immediately telling her about it and had to wait 5 additional days to get a refill (after 3 days!) By the time I'd gone in even more had fallen off! And not only did Virginia tell me afterward that the lashes she used were SYNTHETIC and NOT mink or silk she refused to give me a refund!! $100 not including a generous tip, wasted! She is very inviting and comes off professional but she's a scam artist for sure! Take your money elsewhere, you'll thank me later. read more

Virgina in incredible- meticulously placed lashes at a very fair price. Virginia did my lashes for about 6 months- I decided to take them off when cutting back on spending :). This was a complete disappointment from start to finish. I arrived at our scheduled time on a Sunday afternoon and the door was locked, lights off, no one there. I tried calling and texting. Finally I heard back with an apology and an excuse about her dog and that she left her cell phone home. Then she offered to do my lashes with 4 free refills to make up for the mistake. A hard deal to pass up and frankly, I always try to give second chances. I then came back the next day and had them done. The glue she used really hurt my eyes. Made me very nervous but she swore it was safe and that it lasted at least 4 weeks. Needless to say, I was concerned but waited to see what might happen. Well the lashes have pretty much mostly fallen out and its been less than 2 weeks. I had pre-scheduled the refill for today. I am pretty sick of them but figured I'd already paid so why not. She confirmed in the morning about the appointment later that day which I took as a positive sign. I showed up two minutes early and her door was again locked, lights off, nobody there. UGH! Then I got a text message that she's stuck up in Orange CT at a Dr's appointment and won't be back on time, again no cell phone. She offered a full refund and of course, I said yes. But I'm shocked that anyone can stay in business with this type of irresponsible behavior and lack of professionalism. I too run my own business and have for 30 years. I would not be doing this successfully for so long if I'd run my business in this way or treated my clients with such a lack of quality. Buyer beware! read more
