5-24-23 10am I should have called as they opened earlier than the time listed online. Luckily they took me right away as I was in a rush to get my manicure and pedicure before check out at the hotel we were staying out nearby. They did a great job one my nails and use OPI polish. Note they only take cash so one of their customers had to leave after their nails were done to go to an ATM. Thankfully I had cash. I will say this even though it is a small town the price of nails was expensive. Gone are the days Pre Covid of a mani Pedi for $30. With tip I gave him $60. read more

Then my coworker recommended this place to me after I saw her nails and I was not disappointed! They actually push my cuticles down and trim the sides of my nails and listen very well to how you want your nails done. I'm very very picky when it comes to my nails and they did absolutely amazing! I am so glad I have finally found a nail salon like one from back home! I did make an appointment for my friend and I just to make sure we could get in on a Saturday. I have tried many nail salons and this one did a fantastic job with my acrylic set. I bite my nails so they were very short and acrylic was my only option. I did have to wait awhile because not all the techs could do acrylic, but it was worth it. I'm sad to say that I did not get his name, but he took his time and made them look so natural. In the past I have had thick stubby looking nails that look fake. Not this time. They are thin and so real looking. I love the shape, length, paint job. It would have been five stars if they would have been honest up front about my having to wait. I was a walk in on a Tuesday around one. I requested a full set and a pedicure. Instead of explaining the wait for an acrylic tech, they put me in a pedicure chair, which was good, but then I had to wait over 30 min AFTER my pedicure was done for the nail tech. It would have been longer but the manager felt bad and started my nails (in between her appointments) while my tech finished up with another client. Moral of the story - make an appointment. read more

I went in this week without an appt. with nails in such bad shape they practically needed surgery. They were about to close early but opened the shop for one person and did my nails - and did a really, really good job. They get busy but take appointments and try to accommodate walk-ins. read more

I have been here a couple of times and yesterday had made an appt for a mani/pedi and when I got there and I said who I was there for (Ivy) the owner said pick your color and Ivy would be out. Then as I sat there two other people came in who were late for their time and she told them to pick their colors and sit down and then told then to sit in the pedi chairs. Well she then went to the book and said I had not made an appt and there was going to be an issue because I "never made an appt" and so I just said fine and walked out. The other thing that happened was a couple came to the open door, stood there and there was no acknowledgement of them at all and so they left. It is one thing to have mix ups, but to blame it on the customer who was on time and then make her wait was totally unprofessional and not customer friendly. I am new here and had been to this salon 3 times, but now will take my business other places until I find the best place for me. Do not even bother to try this place, unless you want to be treated badly and blamed for their mistakes. read more
