I called to see if they could get me in for a last minute pedi and they were able to accommodate me. The nail tech did a good job and pricing for basic pedi is on par with other local area nail salons. I brought my own polish from home but it looked like they had a nice selection. The art she did was nice but where was the manicure part of my manicure. Did not soak my hands, clean my nails or clip the cuticle. Just went directly to applying the dip powder. Finished surface is uneven and So much residue under my nails when I left it was uncomfortable. I mentioned this to the girl ringing me up and she just stared at me blankly. Wow. I'm still picking powder residue from my cuticles and edges of my nails. Pedicure was similar. Art was nice but they never filed or buffed my actual nails. And it looks like they just toss the toe spreaders back in the drawer with out any sort of cleaning or sanitizing before putting them on someone else's feet. They where fast but I'm pretty disappointed with what I got for the money I spent. My technician was Ann. read more

there was this one worker today I don't know his name. He was staring at my da very hard and very long and i watched him try and look up her pants while she was sitting down. he also was poking her toe and made her bleed. overall he was being really sus and weird my daughter did not deserve that experience. read more

Best manicure I have ever gotten! Not only do my nails look amazing... but Tip Toes respected my time. There's nothing I hate more than having to plan my whole day around going to the nail salon. Horribly overpriced for the service you get. My mom was here visiting from CA and we decided to her pedicures. Both of the men were extremely rough and made us both bleed, with no apology even after we told them it was hurting. And $27 for a BASIC pedicure?? And people say things in CA are expensive! read more

When we pulled up, I was skeptical, but I trusted the Yelp reviews and continued walking in for a pedicure. They were very polite and sat my fiancé and I right away for walk in pedis. We both had great pedicures and I will probably be back next time I'm in Bluffton. read more

Pricey but worth it!!! I got gel polish on fingers and toes. It was an $80 trip (including tip) but so relaxing. Painting was perfect! No complaints here. Atmosphere great. Bottle water provided. Will be back! read more

First time here!! Won't be showing up there. I went in for a mani and pedi. When cutting my nails they hurt me so bad I started to bleed. My manicure looked horrible as well. I told them what I wanted and still seemed like they didn't get the memo. They had different people rotating on each costumer also. Will not be coming here ever again. My experience at Tip Toe was not good, first of all the girl had phone attached to ear for at least 10 minutes while I sat at pedicure chair waiting,then she started working with phone attached to ear. I wouldn't mind that so much but she was so busy trying to sell me services I didn't want that she gave me the worst manicure and pedicure polish job I ever had. I won't be going back read more

I ended up coming here since I had to drop my dog off at Petsmart and needed something to do for awhile. This place was clean and I was able to be seen immediately. This place fills up QUICKLY! Loved my nails and ended up being around 62 for a mani pedi w. Gel french mani and regular polish on the toes. I def will go back! read more

A totally decent nail salon. Except before my gel polish had even soaked off my nail tech answered 10 phone calls, rang up 5 customers, and checked in every appointment that came in so it seemed like my nails took forever to get done. The phone rang every 4 minutes and he always had to stop to answer it. I understand salons get busy but that is why places hire receptionist! I just felt slightly neglected, but my nails turned out wonderful and my technician was polite and funny. read more

This place is SO much better than H'allure. Saved me from a fungus that H'allure nearly gave me. I was well taken care of and they comfortably fixed a cracked toenail as well as the damage on my fingernails. Very warm and welcoming manicurists on staff, they didn't rush anything and put in extra effort when other nail places in the region did not to care for my nail health. Highly recommend their dipping powder treatment, they do an amazing job. I would rate this higher if I could. read more

My polish still looks good after three days. Only because I insisted on getting two coats as I have gotten for nearly 50 years of getting my nails done. The nail tech I got seated with asked what design I wanted and quickly got into selecting the colors in my picture so I assumed I was in good hands. He was very gentle with removing my previous gel but ended up leaving patches of it all over my nails under the new gel base he applied. My nails look so lumpy and uneven. He was delicate with my cuticles but I was really put off by how dirty all of the tools in the salon were. They have no dust collectors or fans so the dust from the gel drilling was everywhere and it was evident it isn't cleaned very well in between clients because it was covering all of his drill bits and other tools and it was not the dust from our session. He took the nail clippers he used for me out of a sealed plastic bag so I think they were sterilized but they still had leftover polish on them from another client. For this being a newer salon I was really concerned with how dirty their materials and tools were. I am mostly happy with my nail art but I expected more from what I had seen from the Facebook photos the salon posted. Some of the lines are feathery, uneven, and one is even smudged. Seeing as each layer of art is cured prior to moving on, I'm really not sure why the artist didn't just remove it and re do it quickly before curing and moving on to the next detail. It just shows a lack of care and attention to detail. My last disappointment was that he didn't do any clean up before finishing and left some polish flooding in my cuticles as well as on my fingers. Due to the flooding of the polish on my cuticles I am a little worried about the longevity of this polish job. Maybe I would recommend this salon for a basic gel mani but the lack of cleanliness in the salon makes it difficult for me to say and feel comfortable trying again.

Wonderful place, easily one of the best in Bluffton! The place is nice and clean and the staffs are all lovely. This place can fill up quickly, so book an appointment to ensure your turn otherwise, don't complain! The prices are reasonable compared locally for the great service you get. Get to know your technician and the owners, they're really friendly once you get to know them and will try their best to do what you request. I've tried other salons around but nowhere seems to make you feel as at home as here. They often give discounts for me because I'm a regular, so that's a plus. It's also located in a shopping center, so you can show off your new manis and pedis after! read more

AWESOME SERVICE AND NAILS! I love going here every time i need a nice girls day with my friends. We were always greeted right away and hardly did any waiting. There are a ray of options when it comes to colors and services. The spa chairs are specially nice, very relaxing! My nails always turn out perfect and I couldn't be any happier leaving the shop. I love the employees there, they always make me feel like family. The shop is very clean and there are TV and music for you to enjoy. The pricing is on point, can't get any better than that. I was vacationing in the Bluffton, Hilton Head area for 7 weeks and went there 3 times for gel nails and once for a pedicure.
