Best customer service ever. My wife bought a bracelet for $60 it was beautiful but a few days later the stone fell out she was so bumed. Called to ask if she could get another they said mail it back (live in Ft. Lauderdale) she did. They did not have another one so they sent her a gift card. She wanted a diamond band and did not want me to spend a ton bought one 10 years ago 925 at Best of Everything which she wears everyday and gets tons of compliments. read more

A friend and I stopped at this store on Sunday. We love their products and prices. The three stars is a result of one of the clerks in the store. She was very busy on her cell phone and customers had to wait to ask questions. When she had time to answer questions, she replied by simply pointing. The Best of Everything is a great place to buy all the costume jewelry a girl could ever want. It not only has jewelry, but house goods and fun little gag gifts as well. Any store I can walk into and buy candy cane sunglasses, reindeer light up antlers, and a teddy bear that sings "head, shoulders knees and toes" is a winner in my book. I was coaxed into coming here with the promises of lunch afterwords and upon entering my ears were immeditately assaulted with The Beegees Greates Hits. What a lovely shop. While on vacation in Naples my mother introduced me to the best of everything, and it really was the best of everything in terms of a fun morning of shopping. There are trays upon trays of pretty shiny pins, earrings, necklaces, and broaches. There are rows of gorgeous watches and bracelets. It's a fun way of finding something cute to accessorize an outfit or for a fun gift for a friend or a child. They have a great selection of bags, sunglasses, and scarves as well. Everyone can go in and find something that they like. The customer service is also awesome. They are helpful and friendly, but not pushy or overbearing. It was a very enjoyable way to spend an hour. I thought it was a cute store with tons of lil inexpensive options. Loads of jewelry. Great for an event and you need a lil costume jewelry to jazz up your outfit. Plenty of day to day jewelry, Floridian type bags (beach mainly), unique winter hats, scarves and gloves and misc home and kitchen nick nacks. I don't need any of it but I know where to go if I did. They are also pleasant and do no rush you or pressure you to buy anything. You can casually look through the store without any pressure. If you are in the market for knock-off designer jewelry, this is your place. The location on Tamiami is much larger than the location on 5th ave., so much more to select from. Also, they won't let you use the restroom on 5th but do allow it on Tamiami. Most of the "designer" jewelry is in the $6.00-$20.00 price range with some being cheaper, some more expensive. Check clasps and fittings before you buy as the have a strict NO RETURN policy. For fakes, their products look very good. Fun to browse on a rainy day. read more

This place used to be an enjoyable little shop where you could buy silly costume jewelry and some decent sterling silver. Unfortunately, now it is a pathetic tourist trap hawking overpriced garbage. The jewelry is cheaper than cheap - the (allegedly) sterling earrings turn your skin green and the other crap fades within hours of wearing it. The owners and staff there are exceedingly rude. They are pushy and unfriendly, do not smile, and do not say please or thank you. Most importantly, they fail to appreciate that they are still *theoretically* in an industry where customer service should matter. Don't waste your time or money. read more

Great Customer Service! I purchased some nice earrings while on vacation but then lost one. They were not expensive but like many things at BOE, they are different and a great find for a nice price. I contacted BOE. Estella was great. She helped me out by locating the same pair, allowed me to purchase them with a credit card and then shipped them to me. Let me just note that this service/action is not part of the everyday business model at BOE because they don't have a website (yet :). What a nice place to spend my money especially in this day/age when retailers make customers feel like they are doing us a favor when we want to give them business. One can ALWAYS find something interesting at Best of Everything. Latest purchase? Really cute watches for grandson and family friends with backhoe, fairies and dragon flies on band and on hands of watch; each watch $8. Bargain. Wonderful everyday jewelry and, what I find interesting, huge cubic zirconia collection that always has MANY women huddled around. I always leave thinking maybe some of those HUGE diamonds I see on some women are not actually real.........Visit BOE, you will not be disappointed. Just left the store after walking away from the register and not buying what I pick out. First of all when I walked in the store the woman wasn't friendly and watched and followed me through the store. After making my selections of shells (I am in a local shell club) and a purse . I went to the register and the woman in an agitated voice starts adding up the shells . She added up the three different shells all more $ than what the sign says. I told her the price of each shell and she said NO they are this price. I had to walk over to the shells and show her the price. At this point she is even more nasty to me. And says no they are $3.00 not $2.00 . Even thought the sign clearly states $2.00 !! So after going back and forth with the other 2 shells about the prices marked . I just said you know what " you are being nasty and I'm not buying these. And walked out of the store. This place truly is the "best of everything" - obviously this is not a fine jewelry store, so seeing people complain about the quality is baffling to me. This is a place where you go to get some fun costume jewelry or simple everyday pieces that you won't care if they get lost or damaged. Best of Everything is one of the most fun places to shop in Florida. I can take my girls there and spend hours... and not spend a fortune! I would much rather spend our money there on things we can wear than at the tourist traps!!! The only drawback is that the staff is not as friendly as they could be. What used to be a fun shopping spot is now the definition of a "tourist trap." I've been to this store many times over the years and every time it seems to get pricier and pricier.
