I've come here for the past 6 years, but never will I come back. I came in with my mom and we were both looking around. I grabbed a few items and even asked a question about a product that I was looking for. Sometime during this the cashier locks the front door. I paid for my items ($70) including a $10 tip I left to be generous. On my way out was when I discovered that she locked the door thinking that we were going to steal?? I would have turned around and returned everything if it weren't for the store policy. Extremely horrible and disrespectful experience. read more

I practice a good amount of energy work and crystals make up a great tool for getting into certain states of mind, depending on what I need. The only issue is that there aren't any good crystal shops in Florida to shop around and pick a good rock. There are some around Fort Lauderdale area and there is one in Delray Beach but they're really tiny and there are barely any selections. The Eagle Rock Gallery isn't meant to be a crystal shop I guess, it's more of a jewelry store but the selection of crystals, druzies and other spiritual shenanigans is quite big. I lived in Sedona for a couple years, place that's littered with crystal shops. And even comparing to AZ, the prices here are very decent and are fair. So no need to smoke crack or do heroin. Come over here, buy yourself a piece of Azurite and start flying in a completely new way. Great store! read more

I'm not into crystals or Indian art (and all the other items they have), but if I were, this would be the place. Awesome selection, from small to gigantic items, with corresponding prices, of course. My eye fell on some gift bags that were the right size and just beautifully decorated for some Christmas gift exchanges in which I'm participating. When I asked the lady (owner?) working there how much they were (I was more than willing to pay for them), she told me I could have them for free. Wow, that lady was generous, knowing full well that I wasn't purchasing anything else. What a nice gesture and so in the spirit of Christmas! I've visited this store a couple times and always had great service but today was above and beyond, I just wish I got the womans name who helped me. I was looking for a small stud earring to fit a small part of my ear and she showed me all the small earrings they had and they were all a bit too big. She not only looked in the back for either a pair or one missing from a pair but she found the perfect tiny post missing its stone and brought out some turquoise to let me pick from, then she put the stone in herself and made me an earring that I love!!!! read more

I was visiting Naples and decided to come in to Silver Eagle Jewelry store. My daughter was selecting few stones along with my wife, we tried few items and decided to make a small purchase. After paying for the selected items, I removed my leather necklace with my gold cross, in order to place a small quartz stone I had just purchase, the lady questioned my integrity asking " Ohhhh wait a minute, where did you get that ????????? In an accusatory tone of voice, that to me was very offensive. I explained to her that it was mine, and she did not even apologized or thanked me for the purchase. I would give her a piece of advise, next time you have customers please pay attention in stead of being in the back room on your personal cellphone distracted. Make sure you have all the elements of the crime of shoplifting before you make any accusations. It's an embarrassment to be interrogated like that in front of my family. Her behavior was unprofessional, I don't recommend anyone to come into this place. read more
