We have been enjoying Tiffany for all occasions, especially every year for our Anniversary. This time is was our 10th Year Celebration and what more can you say diamonds are a girl's best friend. Tiffany offers some superb jewelry when it comes to their diamonds, jewelry and iconic designs. The store would not simply replace the battery and polish a vintage Tiffany watch without refurbishing it for an extra $500. They didn't tell me this when they took it in for service at the store, they told me via phone call 10 days later from whoever they sent it to for service. How unprofessional, surprising from what I thought was a company who cared about repeat purchases. I didn't even get an apology when I picked up the watch after I explained what happened. I had to tell them it wasn't serviced, they were going to charge me for the work until I explained everything, and they made a phone call to confirm. I wouldn't not recommend this location for service. Tiffany products are high quality, service is disappointing. read more

After reading some of the reviews I was very hesitant to go here. I wanted a particular ring that was very hard to size myself as it has diamonds all the way around so I decided to still go regardless. I am not the *typical Tiffany shopper as I am covered in tattoos and have blue hair but they were very welcoming and friendly. We strolled the jewelry cases and found an irresistible piece. They offered champagne which was excellent. We highly recommend this particular store because the quality and service is top notch. Since it was a few days before Christmas, there were several men stopping in to purchase their sweethearts jewelry. First of all, I must stress that I am NOT the average Tiffany costumer, not by any means!!! I am constantly surprised that they even let me in the door. I have arrived wearing everything from slacks and nice polo shirt to shorts and Pink Floyd t-shirt to my biker clothes after a long day on the bike. Each time they welcome me warmly and sincerely. My go to sales person is Ashton, she has (in my humble opinion) gone out of her way to help me and once even went way beyond what I could have hoped for to make my purchase an incredible surprise for my giftee (is that a word?). So this review is aimed at those who consider Tiffany's to be beyond their means, you can find a high quality gift for any budget, trust me on that. My husband and I stopped in here on 12/24/16. We came in to buy a small pendant (under $150), nothing overly extravagant. I was pleased to see that the store was adequately staffed. I didn't catch the name of the woman who helped us, but we looked at 4-5 different items before picking one. Waterside Shops are small dog friendly, so we had our little guy with us. I thought the Christmas tree in the store was beautiful and wanted to get a photo with our pup. The sales associate let us put him on the table with the tree for a cute photo op, which was very nice of her. David was very friendly too, he offered to take a photo of the three of us by the big christmas tree in the store. David offered us champagne or water, wow, I felt like a VIP! We were even given Tiffany blue candy canes. This was such an awesome shopping experience, even my husband commented on how great it was. My husband and I were very impressed by the customer service at this store. We left with big smiles on our faces. I will definitely be back to this store in the future. read more

I love all my Tiffany and Co items. I just recently received an AMAZING engagement ring (my dream ring) and im in love with it. The associate who helped with the ring was amazing from start to finish. I also have a beautiful charm bracelet that my now fiancée has been slowly adding too. Along with that, they have always accommodated with any resizing or problems with my bracelet and ring. Over all beautiful store and items. With that being said, do not expect much of a friendly vibe when entering the store. I assume it is because of my age, as this happens each time, but when I went in after getting my ring resized, we let the associate know that we're here to pick the ring up and she looked us up and down, and said OK and just walked away, but when she came back after seeing the ring we had purchased and resized, she was all smiles and complements. I was hoping to see Vatsana again, as she is always so helpful, but she was not there. Instead, Greg greeted us at the door. Wow, what a great personality he has! He would make a great salesman! He was very warm and friendly, and offered us lemon lime waters right away. We loved him! Kelly was very helpful as well, and remembered us from a year ago! She cleaned my jewelry in about 10 minutes! Fast! :) Charlene (I hope I spelled it right) was also very helpful and kind. Of course the jewelry was just stunning and the quality you would expect of Tiffany's, but what was remarkable to me was the friendly, professional staff-- from the man who opened the door for us (Greg, I believe) and offered water right away and made us feel right at home to Betty, who kindly and patiently helped me find the perfect ring, after trying on almost everything in the store. I really wanted to love my Tiffany's ring. It was my dream wedding ring. A gorgeous aquamarine surrounded by two halos of diamonds. My now husband just got it back in October 17', we were married March 18' it was so beautiful I didn't even want a wedding band. When he asked me in October I immediately noticed one of the diamonds in the halo was cloudy and stood out against the rest. So when I took it in before the wedding to have it adjusted and checked I mentioned it. I was told it was dirt. But it came back the same. Just a few months after that in September I lost a diamond in the band. Which shocked me as it wasn't even 6mos since it was checked. So I sent it in to New York to replaced. They brought up the cloudy diamond and said they could replace it. For both the cloudy and the missing stone it would be over $700. I was floored. Why should I pay for the cloudy diamond that was sold to me this way and I brought it up just to be told it was dirt?? Dirt from where? I ended up just paying for the missing stone at $400. Not even 3mos later here we are and I'm missing another diamond in the halo. This ring has been a nightmare. The quality is obviously faulty. I'm not a rough person by any means, I take pride in taking care of items that are important to me. I'm a stay a home mom, I don't do anything crazy. I don't wear it when I clean or in the shower etc. it comes off at night and back on in the am. If I'm doing any sort of activity I feel wouldn't be appropriate for my ring I wear a silicon ring instead. There is absolutely no reason for this to be happening. And when I emailed Tiffany to explain that another diamond came out after just 3mos of having the integrity of the ring checked the response was null. "We stand behind our quality" to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I never expected this type of quality and treatment from Tiffany & Co. I no longer recommend them to anyone. Find a nice private dealer who will treat you like family. And take care of mistakes when it's obviously on their end. read more
