We decided to reach out to KK's about having someone watch our dogs for the weekend and then transport them safely to wherever we needed. Rachael ended up being the person who watched our two dogs and she was FABULOUS!!! She set up a meet and greet with us a month before the wedding so that our dogs could meet her in our home where they felt safe. She was immediately so warm, kind and all about our two dogs!! They LOVED her! The weekend of our wedding, she came to our home to pick them up at our designated time while we were at the rehearsal dinner and she sent us photos of them safely at her house where they were playing and having so much fun. The day of the wedding she communicated with us about her whereabouts and even arrived super early to the destination- so prompt and punctual. We actually ended up moving locations for photos due to high wind/weather and she was super accommodating and never once made us feel bad about having to move where she was already parked. She had the dogs dressed in their wedding attire and kept them super safe and secure while we were taking photos. It's a tall task to ask of someone when dogs get really over stimulated as they were pulling a lot and she handled it with pure grace!! She dropped them off on Sunday after we were able to make it home and the dogs were tuckered out from her keeping them busy- she even took them to get ice cream after photos because they did such a good job. I honestly cannot recommend this company and Rachael enough!!!! This was the best decision we could have made and Rachael made us feel so comfortable with the entire weekend, we were never once worried about our precious kiddos. I love that they have different levels of rooms, depending on what your dog needs or you want. I prefer to do the completely private room, even though my dog is small, to lessen the external noises he has to hear. Around Halloween they had "trick or treat" bags for the dogs by the front desk. I ask what type of shampoos they used. The staff acted put out to answer my questions . I noticed my puppy seemed scared after being taken away. I told staff and they pulled her by her leash to a kennel. I told the staff my puppy has separation anxiety and does not like being in a kennel. The staff person said so you just want to come get her right away or what . When I picked up my puppy staff was just as rude and the hair cut my dog got was not good . Her brows are just about completely gone. The did a bad job ! I could go one.. I will not be back.

We purchased her puppy package for in-home training sessions with our French Bulldog, Greta. Not only did Pam teach us how to interact with her, but Greta LOVED her and learned so much from her visits. At only four months, Greta is now potty trained, comes on command, sits on command, gives, 'hi-fives,' is crate trained, started to learn how to go on walks with a harness, knows command, 'up,' and 'off,' can fetch, and we learned how to calm her when she gets over stimulated. She even began some skateboarding with her! Of course we have to put in the work to continue to in grain these things in a puppy, but I can't even begin to convey the wealth of knowledge Pam imparted on us, so that we could acclimate more into puppy life and so Greta fit into ours. Pam teaches the human as well as the dog giving you a wealth of information, going above and beyond so that you know why a dog does the things they do, how to manage the behavior, and how the dog will absorb the training. She eased my worries and I was pleasantly surprised how expertly she worked with little ones. I can't recommend her services enough.
