I went with a friend a year ago when their dog needed annual shots and was impressed with the staff because the dog is quite temperamental and is extremely difficult with new people. So I booked Fritz's annual appointment and we were on our way. The lobby is quite large which I like because it makes check in and filling out paperwork easier especially if there are multiple animals waiting on rooms or to be seen. Check in was easy and they were super prompt in getting us into a room. The room was also spotless. Everything was very clean in the facility. The Tech and the Vet who saw Fritz were both very patient and friendly. Fritz is a bit nervous around new people but they fed him plenty of treats and he thawed a bit. The staff was in no rush and were attentive, receptive to any questions or concerns, and most importantly to me-patient with the animal they were tending to. My other doggo Sam will be needing shots in the next month or so and I will definitely be returning.

As soon as we arrived he was showered with hugs and kisses and reassuring words. Twenty minutes in his eyes were glazed over with pure delight as he was getting scrubs and more kisses. I was like "you're fine" and headed back home! We will be back. We we're so pleased with Mack (brown dog) we took our other dog Oscar (black dog) to Daisys VIP grooming today and we are nothing less than delighted! My mother cleans houses and says "I love to find the dirt, it means I'm going a good job"....well at Daisys VIP, she finds the hair!!!! We had no idea Oscar had so much under coat. When you schedule an appointment you get a txt confirmation and the day before your apt you get a reminder txt which is awesome because I forget appointments. Even though it was only a partial groom, I was charged for a complete groom. In addition, I was also charged an upcharge as supposedly a second groomer was needed to hold him. I was never told there was a potential for an upcharge even though I made it explicitly clear both when I made the appointment AND when I dropped him off that he could be difficult. I was charged $70.00 for a groom that left my dog looking ridiculous. When I questioned being charged for a complete groom even though his underside and head and face were not groomed, the groomer said "well I did spend 45 minutes on him". That, in my opinion, is unacceptable. I was not opposed to paying some for the groom, but being charged for a full groom is ludicrous, especially for the groom that my dog received. I cannot recommend this grooming establishment.
