Finally, I asked for The Errors and Omissions Policy and she keeps avoiding to provide it. Patty is putting the blame on Citizens that they did not want to give he credit to me. This is the agents error. They are supposed to be checking all of this as my agent failed to do so. I asked in 4 additional emails for the Errors and Omissions policy to Patty and Kay the owner and they are both ignoring me emails. Very unprofessional.
