I have used them in the past with no real issues except that it is always a little clunky for scheduling - At least that's how it had been for me. I always received an email to schedule, but I didn't always notice that it was from them because there was no business name displayed. After some time, I called to get the service scheduled again. I took the day off work so I could be here on the scheduled day, and they showed up in the window that was promised. Their service vehicle was a mess on the outside, with paint peeling all over the front etc. It's just something worth mentioning because it makes them look a little less professional. I went over the grounds to describe the issues that I am having. I really needed to get things taken care of and was happy that they were here to perform the spraying. They were here for about 30 min. or less before I was told that they would have to come back some other time since their sprayer was not working. That was disappointing since I needed service sooner rather than later. Great, now I have to get back on a schedule and back in line and wait. I have no idea what was treated before the sprayer broke, or if anything was treated at all. This kind of information would have been nice. I received a VM from the office to reschedule - No apologies for the inconvenience of my taking off work for this appointment or anything. Just a "call us back to reschedule" type of thing. The last thing I need is to take off work again with the potential of the job not being able to be completed. I am going to go with another local provider and hope for the best. read more

Wow-I am so impressed and incredibly grateful to have found this company. A different pest control company (who we have used for years) offered us a free termite inspection, and I agreed. That day, they proceeded to tell us we had termites in two locations around the perimeter of our house, and suggested a treatment which would cost over $2400 in the course of two years. They were ready for us to sign and come install a system the next day, but thankfully, I trusted my gut and did not do that. I found 2NiceGuys on Yelp and gave them a call, after sharing what the other company had found, the kind person on the phone told me that we actually could do a much less aggressive treatment, given the circumstance, that would cost about $300. I couldn't believe it. Today, Tim from 2NiceGuys came to our house and we showed him the location of the termites. One of the locations was actually carpenter ants, not termites at all!!! and the other location was non-threatening to our house. He actually told us we did not need the $300 treatment at all, and gave us so much education about termites and more. We were told we needed to spend $2400 to mitigate a problem we didn't have at all. Tim from 2NiceGuys left with a recommendation of no action, at no cost. I am so grateful and highly recommend this amazingly honest company. We will definitely use them again. read more

I was in from Florida working on a rental property in Pevely, and I needed a termite inspection...quick. I found Andy and 2 Nice Guys on line and went to his office in Imperial. He immediately came with me to inspect my house and deck and gave me some great input and advice as we walked the property. I expected to pay him a fee for a service call and inspection, but he didn't charge me one red cent! I called them because I had a carpenter ant problem as well as too many big spiders getting in the house. They came out and set baits and sprayed. They told us they would call us in a month for a follow up visit and to spray for mosquitoes. WE had to call them after 2 months because the ants were back and the mosquitoes were going crazy. When they showed up the friendly employee didn't have the proper equipment for the mosquito spraying and was completely unaware of the scheduled spraying. He thought it was just a simple follow up. They said they were sorry for the mixup and they would send someone out the same week to spray. Didn't happen. I had to call again. They sprayed, and I still have mosquitoes. read more

Two Nice Guys has done two services for my home. The first was a preventative treatment on our home addition, prior to hanging drywall, to keep termites and pests out of the walls. He also did an ant treatment this year, we were starting to see lots of ants and those little ant traps don't seem to do much. In both cases out technician was courteous, on-time and thorough. He took the extra time for the ant issue to trace the ants back to the outdoor nest and treat the nest. We have not seen an ant in the house since then. And Two Nice Guys uses environmentally and health-safe products, which is important to me since I have little kids and pets at home. We will use them again the next time we have any kind of critters in the house. read more
