They do a great job until billing times come. We have given a check to our service rep the last 2 times we have had service, and it takes weeks to clear, and they keep billing via email. I'm worried about my credit rating. No one answers my emails. Phone calls answered, but whoever just says "it will take a few weeks for a check to clear". WHAAAT?!?!!? read more

Stl Pest Control to the rescue! I purchased my house a year and a half ago, and to my surprise, I inherited a house that was riddled with mice issues. They started to get really bad in the spring and subsided, but they started popping up again mid summer. I used Yelp to find a service and they hooked me up with them. Super happy with how everything turned out. They've come twice so far, the first time the technician assessed and said it was a pretty bad issue and it was good that I called him in when I did. Knowing nothing about mice, he explained how they tend to follow one another. We located the spaces (they don't repair) that they were coming. We ended up putting boxes and feed in parts of the house and outside. The second time he came back, the feed was gone, so we refilled. He'll be back within the next several weeks, but he was very professional, educational, and it was a good value for what I was getting. Hopefully this isn't a massive on going issue, but if it was I would definitely continue to call in their expertise! read more

Called about a potential mouse problem at my house. Joe was the tech that came out and looked at it. He took his time to identify any places that mice might get in. He also looked at the original reason I called and reassured me and my wife the object wasn't mouse droppings. After checking around, he did find droppings we couldn't see. He set out traps for them to get rid of the critters. I also talked to him about an ant problem and he didn't try to sell me a package I didn't need. I just started using STL Pest Control after buying a house that sat empty for a bit and noticed that some pests were popping up. Terry has come out a few times and the pests are definitely dwindling. They always call as a reminder a few days ahead of time and send a reminder text when they are on their way. Terry has been very personable and professional while working at my home. We weren't sure if we brought home any bed bugs from a hotel stay so we called around and STL Pest control was able to come out to our residence the very next day. The guy they sent was very knowledgeable and inspected places where bed bugs could be hiding/living. He also asked to see the bites and confirmed they were bed bug bites but couldn't find anything in our home, thankfully! We opted to get the spray in and around our home anyway just as a precaution but he didn't recommend any treatment. We were pretty satisfied and happy about the inspection and the general bug spray.
