They have ignored my request to get a proper sales receipt from them in order to properly register the vehicle. They ignore me totally. I was forced to purchase another engine entirely. I found that they sold me this unit with the hidden pulley for the burner out of alignment with the one on the pump, which most likely has caused bearing damage to both, off by more than a half of an inch. The rpm's for the pump was set way to high, which burns out pumps. They have no dealers license and according to what I have been told by the DMV, one is required, and they are to pay sales tax when selling vehicles. They call themselves pros, yet sold me a unit with very little oil in it, it was black, I changed it, it turned black again almost immediately, which is readily recognizable as gas getting into the oil. I am now getting around to filing a complaint with the dmv, they told me there were no problems with the vehicle. If they are pros, they would know that black oil is the sign of improper maintenance,, or bad rings, surging is a sign of a problem, they told me it was running normally, no problems, so they are incompetent or are not being truthful. I asked for a simple ring job to be performed as a settlement to this, they refused. I have done all I can to be nice, warned them that I would file a complaint. For denying a ring job, a few hours out of ones time, they will now hopefully be fined. I will have to file suit to get them to repair or buy this thing back from me. They refuse to respond to my request to provide a proper sales receipt, as required as a dealer. They refused to tell me who the owner of the corp was when I asked. As a correction, the owner gave me a receipt which stated AIS, not as is, as my prior review stated. Not a legal receipt to be issued for those that qualify as a dealer, even if they operate without a dealers license. I hear they are good with repairs of these units, but, charge a lot of money to repair things. I would only let them repair the rings and pistons on the unit they sold me, for free, I wouldn't pay them to repair anything. They sold me a unit which they knew was not running well and had limited time, they had to have known, the signs were there, easy for a professional to recognize. Or they did not know , in which case they are incompetent. They said it had no problems, surging was not the sign of a problem, which is probably the single most motivating statement that they made and did motivate me to purchase the unit. Roll the dice doing business with these guys. read more
