I reached out again recently, and unfortunately, the experience wasn't the same. It took about three days to get a call back, which I didn't mind because of the excellent service I'd had in the past. The rep came out, I showed him the areas I needed removed, and we had a good conversation. He gave solid advice and said he'd send over a quote. Three days later, I texted to follow up--to check whether the quote had been sent or had gone to the wrong email. I never received a response. It's now been 3-4 months without any communication. Honestly, he could have reached back out to me and told me the job was too small, or that they weren't willing to take it on. Any form of return communication is always better than no communication. At this point, I'll have to take my (admittedly small) job elsewhere. I'm genuinely disappointed because I was looking forward to working with them again, but the lack of follow-up left me stuck. I wish my experience this time matched the first one, but I wanted to share an honest update for anyone considering long-term work or multiple phases.

Raffi provided a lot of insight on how the whole process would work and was completely transparent throughout the entire remediation period. There were several opportunities for him to nickel and dime me or try to up-sell or up-charge me but he never did. If anything, he did a lot of work for free that was not included in our original contract. We also ran into several issues with the tenant being non-compliant but Raffi handled it like a pro and remained professional throughout. I cannot say enough good things about this company and would use them again in a heartbeat.

The owner was present on the first day, but after that, communication became limited -- we received no updates or photos, just texts about payments. When we voiced concerns, the response felt dismissive, and eventually, we decided to end the project due to a breakdown in trust. Unfortunately, when we asked for our deposit back, we were met with resistance and even a threat to put a lien on our home. The containment setup also needed fixing, which my husband had to do himself. A new company completed the work by April 28, and we then had to find another mold inspector. It took a long time before we could use our bedroom again, and we later hired a contractor to restore the ceiling. We even consulted with a lawyer, who said that while we had valid concerns, the amount of money involved wasn't worth the time, cost, or additional aggravation we'd likely face continuing to deal with this company. I reached out to the inspection company that referred Go Green. While they said they'd never had issues before, our experience was unfortunately very different. We truly wish things had gone better -- even a partial refund would have gone a long way.

The first crew broke my shower pan in the initial treatment, however, I was ok with that part because the crew was professional and polite. BUT dealing with the restoration/construction department has been beyond ridiculous and highly unprofessional - I was treated so rudely by Blake, who came to assess the project and give me a bid. When I spoke to Blake on the phone about his bid today and suggested some changes I would like he got very condescending and impatient. He was very eager to leave for Vegas today and obviously did not want to change the items on my bid. He made it clear I was not very important to him and I was an irritant. He actually scoffed at my ideas for my own house. He told me how ignorant I was, they wouldn't do what I wanted and I should go find someone else (and I did find someone else, I found 3 other bigger companies today actually, that said my ideas were very do-able and that Blake was wrong.) When I hung up with Blake, I called Christina (the head honcho) twice, I left 2 voice mails and she never called me back. All I can say is, RUN don't walk AWAY from this company's restoration/construction department.... I have built several homes in my life and flipped them and think Blake was just mad that I didn't want to be taken advantage of but why didn't Christina call me back? Seems they don't care.

Which was a great price giving all the work we wanted done. The next day the crew came and took care of business. The removed a brick wall 7' feet tall. A water fountain that was deeply rooted with a waterline and ground electricity. They also removed about 20 feet long of a concrete walkway. The job was finished in less than three hours. This included the removal of all of the above and leveling of the dirt.
