The worst service ever. I walked in and asked about getting some work done on my bmw and this sloppy man was sitting down when I walked in. I asked about the work and never stoped eating to speak to me. Once I asked him he start telling me all that I needed to be replaced and never got up to look at my vehicle. Then when he decided to look at my car. Then I told him i simply wanted to have the windows put back on track. He realized I wasn't falling for his scam. The guy did a good job. I called on a Saturday and they were able to get me a windshield on Monday. I had a nasty crack that was perfectly eye level that SUCKED on my 2014 Nissan Altima. I looked for a few places and this was the best priced place. (I will put the prices that I was quoted from different places) I was told that I could come at 10am because that is when the windshield gets delivered. Unfortunately the windshield that came at 10am had a defect. I had to wait till 1pm to get the new windshield. Overall it was a good experience, I understand you can't control other people mistakes and happy to know you're not going to install a defective windshield on my vehicle. Called all these other places lksyed on here after reading the reviews. All lies. Every place had reviews claiming that that place had the best prices and how fast the service was. Bullshit. I got quoted for 230 from one place and for mobile service. 230?! Wtf? I asked for a windshield not a corvette motor.... yeah all lies. I think those places paid them people to leave those reviews. I called tony up here at Best Price Auto Glass And was expecting the same results but I was given the lowest price. There's gotta be a catch right? Nope. I called and he said he had to order the windshield. An hour later I called and it was already there. So I show up and it's tony already starting to work on it. One guy I thought so I was expecting an few hours. Less than 30 mins later he went to the front office and said he was done. I was surprised! By himself he handled it in 30 mins and it was the same price he told me over the phone. Everything was included there was no hidden charges or extra fees. This dude is legit and fast.
