Mazatlan Auto Glass was fast, professional, and courteous of my needs. I called them on Wednesday 09/09/2020 after I called a couple well known Auto Glass companies. The companies that I called (no names) said that they were able to replace my back window on my 2011 Lexus ES350 but it would be next week on Monday, 5 days later. When I called Mazatlan, they said they will be at my house in the morning!!!! What a surprise since the others said 5 days. Mazatlan called me at approximately 10am 09/10/2020 and said that they were on they're way. The time they arrived to the time the the job was done, they were here a total of 31 minutes. Borrowed my friends Toyota Highlander for a few weeks, all was well. Until two days before he came back to town. A freak accident causing my thermos to explode inside the vehicle, cracking the front windshield. Spoke to a very nice woman on the phone. Gave her my information, she gave me a price and a new windshield installed in my driveway by 1:30 p.m.that day!This has got to be one of the smoothest businesses transactions I've had in a long time. Would not recommend. Gave me a quote for a windshield replacement, I was goven two quotes, pending if my windshield had rain sensor or without. The worker inspected and verified I had no sensor and needed the part ordered that was the cheaper of the two. I told them to go ahead and order the windshield for installation the next day. The following day I called to schedule installation and was given the higher price of the windshield with sensor. She said she made a mistake and the price is the same for either windshield. She said i was getting the updated version which the price was the same. Its bad business to not honor your estimate. read more

Lousy work, a molding flew off my vehicle after removing the tape on my windshield, the owner said that they dont remove that molding to change the windshiled, that I must have done it..BULL CRAP...they refused to replace the molding, now I must fork out $108.00 for a replacement molding. First, they gave me a price for a new windshield of $230.00 over the phone. So I agreed and set the appointment for Saturday at 10am, no one showed up, so I called at 11am. She told me she had a problem with her system and lost my contact info. They showed up at 11:45 and installed the new windshield, so I paid them, when I received the receipt it was for $268 ( not what I agreed to) when I brought it to her attention she said it was $239 + tax. So I reached out to her to correct the charge, and all she said was thanks for my business, and when I brought up that she was late she told me the appointment was set up for 10:30 - 11:30 and she showed up at 11:45, to me that's still late. I will never recommend or use them again. I should have listen to the bad reviews people left on here. read more

They are Angels! We had an emergency and they found the glass & had it installed so fast!! They were so helpful and very professional. They even put cartoons on for my baby. Horrible service they forgot about my appointment I called and they admitted forgetting my car

Horrible, horrible service! I went in to get the motor for the drivers side window repaired. I was forced to buy a completely new piece alltogether. After a handful of mixups to get the correct part ordered, it lasted me only 2 weeks. Went back to the shop on 4 different days because my part had apparently come in. WRONG! Same problems with continuing to get the incorrect parts. Do not recommend! Pay more and get better service, its definitely worth it! read more
