    Bad Bad Bad! Awful experience at this location! AAA said I had to get my windshield replaced for the insurance claim at Safelite. Came in to replace the shattered Back windshield Glass my hatch did not get hit or damaged just the glass popped and shattered by hitting a wood board on the glass. My hatched worked perfectly when I brought it in, I have never had a problem with it. When I came to pick it up the technician Henry was acting strange and said let's go inspect the windshield as we were walking out he asked has you hatch light always been on, I said No, I ask him what are you talking about??? My hatch won't close and lock, "so you want me to drive without it locking with new glass bouncing around!?!? I just got nothing but the run around and excuses from the technician. He said continuously it's not my fault, like a child. As my husband took it apart in the parking lot, another technician Saul came and said what's going on and said we can fix it bring it to the garage. He fix it to lock but it's tricky and still doesn't work properly. I believe the original technician Henry broke it and did Not want to be honest!!

    *****as an update**** you responded to my post and asked me to message you, there is literally no way to do that! i have searched this site and attempted to do so. i had hoped i would have had some form of contact by now, nothing. you havent tried to reach me or my husband at all. please message me as i can not respond to your message.

    Crack got bigger and bigger with in a month

    Great Rates and customer services, staff was friendly and helpful - I'm very happy with the work on my windshield replacement... took about 1:30 hrs to do the job mean while I took the chance to go the gym around the corner . Start with a small crack then with in a month the crack got bigger so it was time for a replacement .thank you guys for a great job on my Bimmer- God bless you all.

    They do not accept calls. They only will do business by on line. Horrible customer service especially when they make mistakes.

    I don't typically leave negative reviews, but after this experience, I feel obligated to share it…read more If customer service, communication, organization, timelines, and receiving the product you actually paid for are important to you, I would strongly consider looking elsewhere. I paid top dollar for my project and made sure everything was clearly documented in writing before moving forward. There was no confusion about what was agreed upon. The design, expectations, and scope of work were all discussed and approved beforehand. Fast forward more than two months later, and my vehicle has now been sitting at their shop for over four weeks. I still do not have it back. The biggest issue is that the finished product is not what we agreed to. Multiple employees have acknowledged what was originally approved and can see the written communication themselves. Instead of correcting the mistake, the effort has been focused on convincing me to accept a product that differs from what was sold and what I paid for. Communication throughout the process has been extremely poor. Most updates only come after repeated follow-ups. Calls and messages often go unanswered. I even reached out directly to ownership to give them an opportunity to step in and resolve the situation before posting this review and received no response. To their credit, they seem to have a lot of business and their marketing appears to be working. Unfortunately, my experience has been that the customer experience, attention to detail, and follow-through have not kept pace with their growth. This review isn't about a delay. Delays happen. This is about paying premium pricing, having everything documented, waiting months, and still not receiving the product that was agreed upon. For ownership, I hope this review is taken seriously because there appears to be a breakdown in communication, accountability, and quality control. For potential customers, just make sure you understand the risk. My experience has been poor communication, missed expectations, lack of accountability, and being asked to accept something different than what was originally promised. At the time of writing this review, I still do not have my vehicle back.
