Family member took his suit there to be cleaned. It came back very wrinkled, and with a stain on it, they also lost the handkerchief that was submitted with his tie. He took items to a new cleaners in his neighborhood and told them he just got it cleaned. They laughed at him, he will not return to this location anymore. This cleaners is an inexpensive cleaners to take your clothes too compared to Medlin-Davis, and others. They do make you pay for everything up front when you drop them off. They have a HUGE sign up that advertises shirts $1.25. Don't believe the sign, it is not exactly true. I dropped off some shirts, and after I looked at the itemized receipt, I noticed that the shirts were not $1.25. The big sign says shirts $1.25, but it does not say that only the men's dress shirts are $1.25. It just says shirts, not some shirts. So I consider that false advertising. Change the big sign to specify, not trick people to come in the door. But as far as the cleaning. I having had a problem. They don't come out looking as n ice as they do from Medlin-Davis, or other cleaners, but I guess you pay for cheap service, get cheap service. read more

Do NOT use them. I've been trying to get a blanket (took 2 only received one back) back for 3 months now. I call, they say they'll look and call back...never does. I filed a claim with BBB and they don't even respond to them. Was provided an email, still no response. Essentially, there's no recourse because you can't really take them to court. So these thieves are sitting with merchandise that they're just not providing back to the customer nor will they in anyway try to make it right if they have indeed lost it. $50 down the drain that I have no recourse. Multiple calls, multiple visits, BBB and an email and still cannot get this resolved. To add insult to injury, finally took the one I did get back to use this week because of the chill. It was actually worse then when we dropped it off with a very foul smell. So they do shotty work that makes your items worse than when you drop it off OR they lose your item altogether and make no attempt to rectify the issue that is their fault. read more

Brier Creek location. Took a jumpsuit in that was worn once to my niece's wedding. The jumpsuit has an attached/sewn in belt with decorative buckle. When the garment was picked up the buckle was broken and they KNEW it was due to how they tried to "buckle" and thought I wouldn't notice. Wedding was mid April. Kept going in to the store and being told it was going to be repaired. Sent out for repair. Waiting on piece to repair. Waiting. Jumpsuit back at cleaners. Sent out to a different repair person. Waiting on piece to repair. Jumpsuit back at cleaners. Oh owner had NO idea this had been going on and knows someone who can fix the buckle. 2 weeks go by. I go in and "shock"......it can't be repaired!!!!! It is now 2 and 1/2 months since the wedding. I knew there was no way a repair could happen based on the damage! Owner says he will give us $50 credit, but a note that they are not responsible for damages. I don't want credit as I will NEVER use this cleaners again [and we've used them for YEARS]! Start emailing [supposedly] the owner. Who seems to be on vacation. No response. Follow up email. Again, no response. Follow up again. Crickets. DO NO LEAVE ANY ITEM HERE THAT YOU MAY WISH TO WEAR OR USE AGAIN! IF I LEAVE AN ITEM IN YOUR CARE, I EXPECT SAID ITEM TO BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS LEFT IN! I've been coming to the Best price cleaners for a few years now. They do their best to get you in and out fairly quick which is pleasant no one wants to stay in the dry cleaners all day. I've never had laundry service here like laundered and start shirts just dry cleaning and Taylor service so that will be what my review is about. My dry cleaning is always ready on time I've never had an issue picking it up or having any items lost even if I don't have my ticket they always find my clothes. I would give five stars except a lot of times some of the sleeves are wrinkled from being hung up and smashed so tight against other clothes I assume but it's not a big deal. You get what you pay for and this is not an expensive cleaners so no I would not necessarily take a 200 or $300 dress here to get clean for $2.85. But it's nice to take some of my In day to day clothes that I don't want to get faded or damaged from washing in the machine at home. They have cleaned several of my items that are over $100 in value and I always get my items back with the rhinestones and everything intact no damages no spots or stains nothings been dirty. The Taylor here has been tailoring my clothes for quite some time his prices are about 1/3 of the prices of MOs tailor shops. He has hemmed 8 bridesmaids dresses for me, several pants, replaced zippers... very good for what you pay for. read more

I have to say that after reading some of these reviews, I am a longtime, satisfied customer of Best Price at Spring Forest and Capital. I have been cleaning my robes, clothing, tablecloths, and my personal dry cleaning and laundry here for over 15 years. I am completely satisfied with everyone including the owner. My clothes smell fresh and are cleaned properly. I own over 100 shirts and 50 suits and dress pants, and I have never had any issues with my cleaning. Yes, the prices have gone up over the years, but so has toilet paper, airline tickets, and even laundry detergent. Just because he has not gotten around to changing an expensive marquis sign, I know he has to make a fair wage and pay his employees. Stop whining. I am more than pleased and you will too at the excellent customer service you will get here. read more

Horrible!!!! My fiance bought a $100 shirt at Tommy Bahama. Worn it ones, I took it to that specific dry cleaners, because I didn't wanna to ruin it by washing at home.... So, when I went to pick it up, they returned it to me looking like an old rag that I use to clean the floors with, and it gets better... it had blue stains on it and 3 holes! We took my husband's army uniform here to get patches put on for a military dine in we have next month. We asked the tailor there to sew on the two rank patches onto the arms. Sew being the word. We went and picked it up no issue with the sewing portion however the rank patches were too high up on the sleeves and they needed to be dropped down 3 inches. We took it to another cleaner because they had experience with military clothing and the tailor there tried to remove the patches however they were GLUED on! We took it back and they insist the glue was on the patch. We have been in the military 15 years. Our patches are fabric backed not glued because ranks get changed. People get promotions. Needless to say they did not care that they had made the mistake and although they attempted to removed the glue, that was all they were willing to do and when confronted, the owner who did the tailoring pretended he did not speak English. So thank you best price cleaners for causing my family to have to purchase another 200 dollar military dress jacket. I wish I had read the reviews before I brought any clothes here. At first I was pleased with the low price. Then, after a few weeks, one of my shirts came back with two buttons broken. I thought "well, it's an old shirt, the buttons must be brittle." Then last week two more of my shirts came back with broken buttons. I don't often use dry clean service, however, I have been a repeat customer of the Best Price Cleaners in Brier Creek Raleigh since they opened. Lately, the last two times I have gone, I have experience extreme rudeness, and lawlessness. Both times I went, there was clearly a mask sign on the door requiring customer to comply, However, when I went inside, neither of the 2 times lately did the attendants have on mask... both times state under mask mandates! As an African American, the service I received was rudeness and snarky personas. One attendant was confrontational and the other was very nonchalant and did not say thank you once handing me my receipt. I will never use this business again and the 1 star rating is only because there is no option for ZERO rating! I took a comforter here last week to get cleaned. They told me it would be a week and would be ready on Tuesday for pickup. When I came the comforter was not ready! They then told me to come back the next day which I did but apparently I came after they closed. The updated system allows you as a customer to make an account via phone number and all your information such a name and what starch to use for select items are saved, therefore you don't have to explain what you want each and every visit. STAY FAR AWAY!! This place is horrible. I dropped off my daughters $300 dress there for dry cleaning and was told it would be ready on a specific day. Went back that day and I was then told to come back after 5pm. Returned that same day at 6pm and was told "it is not ready". After MANY questions to several different employees no one could give me a straight answer as to why it was not ready. I was then told it "has a stain on it". Oh no...it better not because it was brand new unworn dress in perfect condition when I dropped it off. I was then informed by the so called "manager" they could not clean it because it has a tag on it. What???? Are you serious! The manager told me "you will have to take it back to the store to have the tag removed". I asked to see my dress and they reached up on top of a dusty shelf and pulled my dress out of a pile of other clothes and threw it on the counter at me. I was beside myself. My mint green dress had black smears on it. When I pointed it out to the manager she wiped the stain with her dirty hands and said "it will come out", then she walked away. And the tag they were referring too...clearly says "for home removal...slide to remove". Slid the tag off and had my money returned. The employees were laughing, the manager kept running to the back and did not care at all about the lack of service, NEVER APOLOGIZED. They do not care if you come back or not, they do not at all care about you as a customer. While I was there, another customer was in to pick up his clothes and they had lost two of his shirts. I so freaking hate this establishment. The staff is so freaking rude and do not understand half the things you're requesting for your clothing such as creases in your clothing. They had my comforters for exactly a month because no one has gotten to it and couldn't get a stain out that I surely believe was some type of chemical they put on it to clean it. They want to blame me for it. The ask for your number to put on the ticket but never once called me because of the communication barrier. The management is piss poor and will not listen to what you have to say. All she was saying was that she's not giving my monies back but they had my items for a whole freaking month. The stain is still not out. I picked up my uniform which consist of one shirt and pants. They charge me two different prices for the same two different pieces of clothing. Low priced and fast, but don't take nice dark colored dress shirts there. If there is any heat setting just high enough on the irons to ruin the color/finish consistency on the collars of a solid black or navy dress shirt....they WILL find it. They have ruined most of my nice shirts over the past few years. I wish there was a higher quality cleaner in the vicinity of town that I could utilize. I began taking my clothing to Best Price Cleaners on Capital (1) because my finance took his clothing there and (2) it was convenient to pick up on the way home from work. I have been fairly dissatisfied with them for the entire time I have used them. Every time I drop my clothing off they ask for my phone number. This seems fairly standard, they may need to call me about my clothing. On five occasions I have taken color block dresses to this cleaner. One three of those occasions they did not ask me to sign the release in case the colors ran. And on all of these occasions I have returned to find out that dress was not cleaned. I finally asked them why they had not called me to ask me to come back to sign the release, if they had my phone number. This question was met with a blank stare. So I asked again, why ask for my contact number if you are not going to call me? The female employee present said she did not take my clothing with they arrived. I answered her that the boy employee present for this conversation was the one who took my clothing. And that on several other occasion they have inconvenienced me by not cleaning my clothing and not calling. I ask one last time why take my contact information if you are not going to use it for its intended purpose. Again I was met with blank stares. I told them that this was unprofessional and they should have answers to simple questions. I would be taking my business elsewhere where the employees are smart enough to answer simple questions and not just follow the direction of their manager without questioning why they were asked to do a simple task like ask for contact information. This dry cleaner provides terrible customer service. It is dirty inside and I constantly worried about the cleanness of my clothing. I kept returning due to convenience. Don't go here. The little boy that work there is disrespectful and does not have any manners. I went to pick up my clothes that I had already paid for and the little boy stated that "they mis-counted" that they cleaned 8 of my items instead of the 7 I had paid for. He stated I needed to pay for the one extra item which was fine. I proceed to give him a debit card for that additional items that the staff miscounted. The little boy then stated the business does not accept debit cards for less than $5. Ok, so I stated just give me the 7 items that I had originally paid for and I will come back the next time to pay for this one miscounted item. I asked for a manager and the little boy replied, come back tomorrow when the manager is here. How about this little boy snatched the all the items including the 7 pieces that I had already paid for and stated "you get nothing until you pay for the one miscounted items. Nevertheless to say......I almost went to jail on this day! Stay away, you truly get what you paid for. The fact that they don't provide good customer service. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I took a formal dress there to be cleaned that I wore to my son's wedding that cost me $100.00!! THEY LOST IT!!! The customer service was horrible, they could care less. I was told by so called manager that i needed to "wait" a week to see if they could find it and they could check their security cameras. I went back a week later, they have no record of the dress even on camera, really? The employees are told they cannot give out their name to me the customer??? I was asked to call back and speak to the manager for reimbursement after I left the receipt showing proof of what I paid for the dress. I NEVER heard from the manager 2 business days later. When i call the ph# associated with the store, there is no answer. I plan to take further action. My advice is not to take even a pair of socks there to be cleianed. HORRIBLE customer service, and they could give a flying flip in regards to their customers or their poor service. read more
