Been coming here for years. Took three items there. They ruined a $200 blazer that I dropped off. Did not take any accountablilty and only blamed the manufacturer for using color on the blazer. None of this was conveyed to me. They put the blazer in the middle of the clothes. It was not until I checked that they said something. Additionally, they broke the button off the other blazer and replaced it with a gold one. Not even the same type or color of button. They said NOTHING about any of this. Now they are not willing to reimburse for anything. DO NOT take your clothing here. read more

Only been here once but, not to sure about the quality of service. The dress pants i had cleaned didnt look new when i put them back on. I left with confidence that they would be cleaned thoroughly and pressed well but you can still see where a drink was spilled on the leg, what looks to be calcium deposits like what comes from an iron, and the creases fell out after one wear. I believe in 2nd chances so, i will bring up these matters with the lady working (who was very pleasant i must say) and see how everything turns out the 2nd time around. If you need a place to get alterations done, try Beacon Cleaners. This family owned place really took care of me. I needed to get a few skirts taken in so I stopped by on a Thursday. One thing I will say is that when I tried on the skirts so they could be pinned, I had to step into the office to do that so just warning you if you are used to a place that only does tailoring which probably has a dedicated dressing room. Also worth noting they ask for a deposit which can be any amount YOU choose to do the work. They estimated $10 a skirt so I put $10 down but could have put any amount. The alterations were done by Monday afternoon. Pretty quick. And done well. And if you are in a hurry and don't want to walk in, Beacon Cleaners has a drive thru window. Just sayin..... read more

This has been my favorite dry cleaner/tailor in Raleigh! They are always friendly and fast. The turnaround is great. I've come here 3 separate times: once was for getting a dress pressed and the other two times were for hemming my jeans because I am a shorty. I am usually in and out within 2 minutes. They take cards too! You can also pay a little extra to get things done in less than a day! Absolutely love! They also have a drive up area too, but it's never been so inundated that I couldn't just walk in. read more

I have always had top-notch service from the time you pull up the staff that greets you at the door is always warm and inviting. I love the fact that they always remember my name and makes me feel very special. I've never had any major issues with my clothes being clean and well pressed. If there was ever an issue it was always taken care of in a timely manner. The Manager is always willing to come from the back and help address any issues that the staff might not be able to handle.
