So, I called this company on Friday July 2nd. On their message they ask that you leave a text message with your information which I did. I included an address along with what we needed done. On Tuesday morning I got a response. They said they could help out the following day if we still needed it. I responded almost immediately saying yes but we need a price. Crickets...... nothing, nada. Today is Monday the 12th of July. So I can't tell you if these guys are good or bad, but I can tell you that getting a response or a price will certainly be a challenge. read more

Amazing gutter cleaning service!!! My gutters were pretty filled because I somehow forgot to clean them last year. I inquired Best Price about service on a Sunday morning and Steve came out Sunday afternoon because his week was pretty booked. He thoroughly cleaned and hosed both gutters and downspouts on my house and garage and also fixed/added some pieces to my gutters for free. All of that for an EXTREMELY reasonable price. I'm hoping to also get gutter covers installed by Steve soon. Highly recommend Steve for any gutter cleaning, rebuild, etc. Will update on gutter cover system once I get them. They let us know that they looked and didn't see a problem. Still leaking. They also cleaned the gutters around our garage without moving our outdoor furniture, which was then covered with dead leaves and debris. Fantastic experience getting my gutters thoroughly cleaned and 2 minor repairs. Steve was proactive and responsive in communication, quoted me a price right away, and checked before arriving to make sure that the time and date still worked for us. The crew arrived promptly and worked diligently (wearing masks) the entire time, removing an extraordinary amount of material from my (very high up) gutters. They fixed one problem (which a previous gutter repair company refused to fix as part of the cleaning service) that I pointed out and requested, and also handled another issue that I didn't even mention (a broken/detached hose from a downspout to direct the water away from the foundation. No upcharge for that additional care and attention to detail, and they also took care of the gutters on the detached garage (which I didn't mention separately or request either). A truly great experience from start to finish, cheaper and much friendlier than Ned Stevens (who I used last time).
