Called before a rainstorm after previous windstorm ripped some shingles off. Was able to come and look at roof same day, which these days is pretty unheard of. Quoted project after walking the entire roof, found some other issues that could be fixed now to alleviate future call back, I agreed to do it all. He was able to pull a couple guys up the street wrapping a different job and got done in a few hours with the repair. Good communication, kept appt time, seems like a reasonable price. I'm so relieved we were able to get such a quick response for a gutter cleaning and inspection, taking advantage of the break in weather after last night's rain. I knew we needed help with our gutter and downspout when the rain was coming over the edge of the gutter in the front of our house and no water coming through the downspout. I sent out a request around 12:45 pm and within 5 minutes I received a response asking for more information on what was needed. We set up an appointment and Michael and his son Gavin showed up and quickly assessed the problem. We agreed on a very fair price and they quickly got to work.
