WOW! I cannot say enough good things about this team or my experience with them. I work for a school that wanted to add some graphics to our hallways. I gave Best Print Graphics my business based on the good reviews found online, which led me to believe this company was a reputable one. Experience has shown otherwise, as they attempted to pass amateur work as professional and failed to take responsibility for all the damages done to my vehicle. Their prices are not competitive, they will not finish the job on time, and what they do finish will have been rushed and damaged in the process of installation. I was made to wait 3 hours past their closing time at their shop only to find out that the job would not be finished that day. I took my vehicle home, gave it a thorough inspection, and found multiple defects (air bubbles, scratches, peeling, particulate and fingerprints underneath the film) on every piece of vinyl that was installed. Most importantly, I also found multiple deep scratches on my paint where the vinyl was improperly cut to size. It is my hope that this review will save you time and money, as it will be better spent anywhere else but here. read more

The best sign design and installation experience EVER! The prompt and expert communication, design and installation exceeded the cost (IMO). I had zero issues with any part of the process. The team was friendly throughout the process, including making suggestions for readability from the street. My signage project was for a commercial building that needed building number identification and tenant unit numbers and names. The building numbers were 3-D and installed at the top corner of a two-story building. The tenant information was installed on an existing cement monument at the front of the building. Guys this is a long review but PLEASE read if you value your time & money. I sincerely don't wish this to happen for another business owner.. Disclaimer: I did not get any wrap done by these guys so I can't speak of their physical work, only of their quoting process, attempt at customer service, and operational confusion. Dan, the salesman/installer, came out to do measurements for my 2 food trucks. From my initial email (which I still have) and also in person, I asked what type of wrap material they would use, and he answered repeatedly with one type: 3M Controltac. This is considered one of the best premium vinyl wrap material. Due to their high rates (even with their fleet discount), we had to exclude both service doors to reduce the exorbitant price. My truck would basically have Egyptian pyramid doors to match with the new Mexican desert and lizard LOL. Now granted Kevin, the owner, was out of town in India, but as an owner if you're going to let your employees run your business while you're away, you better have full trust and accountability in their abilities and mistakes. We set up a day for my employee (whom I would pay several hours) to bring the truck in. The evening before, Kevin called me to discuss details and how they can reach my deadline, despite their one and only printer being broken.. Now where it goes downhill. Fast. We show up and Kevin starts remeasuring the entire truck because Dan is not available. He informs me pricing is off, way off. We're talking THOUSANDS of dollars more, still WITHOUT the service doors! Fine. Things happen. Next, he informs me they won't be able to start removing the existing wrap until about 2 days later, partially since Dan the man is out, which puts our deadline in jeopardy. Wow. So instead of having the truck sit there idle, I send my employee back with the truck. As we're printing out the contract, I ask him to confirm the vinyl material they will use. Guess what? NOT 3M Controltac. It was a different, CHEAPER product. In their reply to this review they will prob say that the material is the same, only the glue underneath is different, and also my trucks don't need it, but it doesn't matter! When you say you will use product A, you don't turn around and use a cheaper product B. Isn't that called bait and switch? Kevin says they can use the Controltac, but of course it will cost more! (doesn't this sound like some sort of SNL skit? haha). He then sells me on how the Controltac is not needed, 7 year warranty blah blah blah and I concede. At this point I just want this done, it has already been almost 4 hours spent with them, plus the time I paid my employee. The last thing I asked was.. Me: "Can I have your guarantees written on the contract?" Kevin: "Sure but it's on our t's & c's page on our website, don't worry" Me in my head: *don't worry huh? I check the website and I find nothing regarding guarantees, only about how they protect themselves* "Kevin it's not on your site.." Kevin pulls up his site and is unable to locate it too. At this point I was done. How many strikes? We agreed for me to think things over and not make a decision that day. The next day I was busy, and partially I was hoping they would reach out with a better deal to make up for so many shortfalls. Not the case. I called back on the second day after and Kevin informs me they can no longer meet my deadline. Wow. I ask him can he please ask the client to postpone and/or have his workers work on the weekend. He says maybe and he'll call me back in an hour. 4 hours later someone calls me to let me know Kevin will have an answer the next day. You probably know what happens next right? Right, nothing. Almost. Remember Dan? He calls me to figure out what happened. Dan: "well we DO use 3M Controltac, but I didn't know that you wanted it for your truck. We can definitely use it, but there will be an additional cost.." Me:" You repeatedly were saying that you guys would use that, and then provided a quote to reflect everything we talked about. This seems misleading" Dan: "Well it's not misleading. If you look at the quote you'll see that I never wrote which material we would use, so I just assumed we would use the other material. It's pretty much the same thing.. " Me: *speechless and slamming my head in concrete* Let's get to the light at the end of this dark tunnel shall we? I called Kwasi at Custom Vehicle Wraps and found out they've now moved to San Leandro, way closer to my trucks in hayward! Also they've got a huge warehouse with 3 state of the art printers. He wrapped my ENTIRE truck 100% with 3M Controltac, at 30% LESS cost than what Kevin was quoting me sans Controltac! Check out photos on their listing. Guys, I had to tell you this nightmare to save just one of you from this experience. We are business people and our time is precious. Kevin and Dan are actually quite nice people! But this goes to show that just because you're nice, doesn't mean you get things done right. read more

They do good quality work at a competitive price-point and they are very easy to work with; Kevin (the owner) is very accessible and responsive, as is the team of designers who do the mock-ups. They were extremely patient with changes and very accommodating with our requests. They just recently did branding on some construction equipment for us and had to go out to an active construction site for measurements as well as application.
