I was looking to get my business sign updated and I asked my business neighbor who he used since his sign was so nice and he referred Richard. I called Richard that day and a few hours I got a call back. The same day he and his daughter showed up to give me a quote. He quoted the cost up front and within a few days the sign was delivered. My fiancé and I recently purchased a work van that needed graphics asap! We walked into Richbond Signs & Graphics with very little information about them, but knew a few small businesses around the area that had used their services. Arriving we met a young lady in the shop, and she had directed us to her father, Rich. Rich was so welcoming and personable. We gave him our scenario, and we were actually considering a wrap for our whole vehicle. He went over the pros and cons of getting our van wrapped, and advised us alternatives to 1. save money 2. get a shock factor 3. simplifying our logo but still pop out (one of our concerns). He was great with giving suggestions, and understanding what we were looking for. We decided that we did not need an actual wrap, so we saved some money, and he revamped our logo which looks even better now! We went in on a Monday, told him that we needed the vehicle by Thursday, and that was what we got! Our van turned out to be everything that we wanted, and more! It was so awesome to see our vision right before us. Rich is an awesome person. He has great work ethic, personable, and involved us with every step along the way which we very much appreciated. He paid attention to what we said, and what we didn't say. His shop is run by him and his children, which is why they take so much pride in their work. Rich is the man! He went above and beyond on doing the graphics on my work van. Rich is such a professional and took the time to make sure I happy throughout the whole process. Would leave more stars if I could. Richard was very nice and accommodating for what I needed, especially considering I'd approached him so last-minute. I'd originally ordered an item from a seller on the east coast, but, upon learning at the last minute that it most likely wasn't going to get here in time, I scoured Yelp looking for a place that could fulfill what I needed in order to just make it myself - a design printed on one black t-shirt. But most places were dead ends, as I was met with an array of problems - they couldn't do it by tomorrow (I was reaching out yesterday, meaning they basically only had today, as most weren't open on Saturdays), they had a minimum print quantity (i.e. couldn't do just one shirt), or they were too far away (as I also learned at the last minute that I had a family thing tonight so I couldn't go too far). Luckily, Richard was there to save the day, as he cleared all the checks; he was able to print just the one shirt, and in only ~30 minutes! I didn't even have to leave and come back! He really saved me on this one; will definitely be recommending him to anyone who needs a print. His communication is great and he will make sure you get what you need. read more
