My Grandfather recently passed away and I needed 250 funeral programs printed next day. Zip2Print communicated quickly, created test prints for me to approve paper and color, then print/cut and finalized by the next day. I truly appreciate how fast they worked and the quality was great! Challenges of the design- making sure the sand texture came through on the black. They allowed design changes during the test print phase which allowed the design to come to fruition and be as beautiful as it was. Many compliments were given regarding the program. Their print shop is up to date technically and spotless inside. It appeared to be a family owned business and I couldn't have been happier to support. They take Covid precautions with a counter divider and hand sanitizer. There are cheaper printer options- we looked at a few but none communicated as well or had as good quality. Printed 250 cards, upon arrival price quote is different than what Yelp offered price. Owner Frank was able to Honor that. BC quality print itself is another question, I have a black strip on one side, some already have deterioation and scratches or inconsistency. I asked for a sticker quote from a few places in the South Bay and I ended up going with Zip2Print because of the price and proximity to me. Naveed quoted me at $25.00 for 50 vinyl stickers and $40.00 for 100 vinyl stickers. The proof was sent in a timely manner and I approved it after one revision all within a few days. I decided to go with 100 stickers. I was informed the day of pickup that they only printed 50, but laminated them for me. Because these stickers are more for personal use, I didn't really mind that they only printed half of what we agreed to. However, I emailed twice to confirm that these were going to be cut circular and when I arrived, it was just a sheet. They ended up cutting them into squares for me, but I really was expecting the circles. Not a huge deal, but it's enough for me to knock off a star since I already emailed to confirm what I wanted and was expecting. They let me know after the fact that a 500 minimum quantity would be required for them to be die-cut - cut into individual circles - as I wanted. It would have been great to know that ahead of time because I would've just went to StickerMule and pay a slightly higher premium for that option with my low quantity. Edit: StickerMule is almost the same price with no minimum quantities. I do like the laminated finish of Zip2Print, but vinyl quality seems to be the exact same. Faster turnaround time too. Overall, it looks like there were a few kinks here and there with some miscommunication, but I am happy with the quality of the final product so I'm leaving it up as 4 stars. I'd be happy to recommend them to anyone, but you should definitely come to the store in-person to make sure there aren't any miscommunications. read more

I recently needed to print out 100 color, front & back copies for an upcoming event. I dropped by after work expecting to wait over an hour to have the prints ready. Instead, it took no longer than 15 minutes! I was assisted by Robert, who initially made a single copy to check for any necessary changes to be made. I thought it looked fine, but he refused to let me leave unless he fixed the two "issues": - The cover page was a bit off-center. - The colors turned out darker than expected. In all fairness I've been doing business with these guys the last 3 years and haven't experienced a decline in service until recently... I'm a self employed hairstylist and was moving to a new salon. I needed my marketing materials (ie business cards and postcards) promptly to inform my clients of my new location. I placed my order before I left my previous place of employment. I was told they would be ready one week later. A week and a half passed, so I called the guy I usually deal with and he said there was a problem with the order and it would be another week. He assured me he would call me when everything was ready. A week passed and I heard nothing, so I called. The order wasn't ready yet. He guessed it would be a few days later. Meanwhile I was using my old business cards and crossing out my OLD salon information which was embarrassing and unprofessional. Two days ago, weeks after my original order was placed, I decided to call Copyland AGAIN and find out if my goods were ready. I spoke with the associate who manages business cards, postcards, etc. (the usual guy I deal with). He said my order was there and I could pick it up. I showed up yesterday and my postcards were not accurate (on the phone I asked him for legal postcard size and these were 8.5"x5.5" and my business cards were no where to be seen. I felt like I was going to have a nervous breakdown, because at this point I think I could do his job better than he does. In conclusion: The associate promised to have his delivery service deliver my order by the end of the day to my salon in Los Gatos. Our salon is open until 8pm and nothing was dropped off from Copyland. So, today after not hearing anything back AGAIN, I called and the same associate said the delivery wasn't made yesterday (DUH!) and it would be sent out in around an hour. I waited a few more hours and then called back again and he explained he would be dropping it off personally. I received the order just as our salon was closing. My business cards this time around were not printed on the digital press. The design that my graphic designer used is amazing, however the card stock and print quality are inferior. Next week I am getting my business cards done AGAIN, this time with a new company! No more Copyland for me, thanks! I've had enough! read more
