This place is a joke. They ripped me off so bad. I placed a very large order and I found out they over priced me by double on everything. Dealing with them is like talking to someone that has a disability. They couldn't answer simple questions, like how much for a size 10 envelolpe....30 minutes later on the phone they come up with the wrong answer. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I can't believe I let them do the work before finding out how much it would be. I would ask a question in person about prices, and they would tell me the person that can help me was out, and I can see the owner sitting on his ass in his office not willing to come out and talk to me. they totally took advantage of me. $4K mistake! A friend recommended Pony Express Printing on Winchester so I thought I would give them a try. I had a small but multi-step order with a very small turnaround window and they made it happen. Terrible service ever! Walked in to get work done for my bfs mom and was never acknowledged. I stood there for a good 15 min while the employees were having the most sexist conversation ever. Finally, someone came up to me and then had me email the print but walked away after emailing without telling me that's all he needed so I stood there for 20 min. I asked someone to get him and he looked at me confused. It was just the worst experience and terrible service I have ever had. I do not recommend at all. read more

I went to Pony Express today to have some business cards printed. I couldn't believe how much they were charging me! I totally felt like they were taking advantage of my business Here is the math: 5 people with 50 cards each = 250 total Total Price = $125 which is .50 per card! Are you serious? In addition I wanted to have some black and white text printed on the back of the card, and I believe it was the owner who said, "you don't need that." When I insisted he then wanted to charge me double the price because now they had to print on the back. Anyways, I kept negotiating with him and was able to bring the price down a few dollars. He kept rambling on how he wanted my business and how he's saving me money because there is nowhere else I can find a better deal...sure.... I decided to go back to my trusty Staples store (Campbell). They charged me $75 for 250 business cards with front and back prints. Did I mention I will get 50% cash back on my staples rewards card? Total ended up being $37.5 + tax for the ( same quality as Pony Rip Off Express ) I understand times are tough for everyone but seriously don't try to rip people off, especially when you're a small business. read more

Only after talking to them over the phone, I realized that I don't want to go there. I needed to print the poster and laminate it. The guy on the phone said he doesn't have laminating machine. OK. Then I asked if he has vinyl, or any other non-wrinkling material and he insisted that I come in and see what he has. When I asked how long will it take them to print it, he wanted to know when I need it. Tomorrow! The guy said "oh, no, I can't handle it." What kind of printing place is it??? They don't have laminating machine and vinyl. Only G-d knows what else they DON'T have. read more

Service hasn't changed. Avoid if at all possible. I walked in recently and stood waiting while three employees were lounging and chatting for almost 10 minutes. I was the only person standing in the front area. I was also the only person in the building wearing a mask, which they clearly request you wear on their front doors. One of three employees finally notices me and says "oh look". The employee closest to me turn and says "what do you want?" Thinking I heard him wrong with such a rude statement. I said "I am sorry I couldn't hear you". He walks two stepscloser to the corner of the front desk where there is less of a plastic shield. And yells "what do you want?" I reply I am a client here to pick up a blue print order or and (provided the company name)" he replies "who are you" and I again said "I am a client who is picking up an order for (company name)". He asked again who? And I replied with the company name. He then asks, "what is it" and again I tell him it's a blue print. He walks to the back and comes out with said blueprint. He throws it on the counter and steps back and yells "ten dollars" I start to pull out my credit card and he wave his and at me and says, "no card, cash only" I look around at all the signs and tell him "there are no signs saying you are cash only" and he replies, "we don't do credit card for less 15 dolllars". I look again an say "where is the sign saying this?" He yells again "ten dollars cash" at this point I didn't want to give him any money and told him "never mind, you have been rude to me ever since I walked in, making me stand here for almost ten minutes and every word your have been yelling at me has been rude, keep the print job." I could have easily gone out to my car and grabbed ten dollars but ultimately between rude service and the fact they're all not wearing masks, I had already risked enough exposure. I've never been this poorly treated in this area before. Sad. read more

Simple printing job needed help just making 2000 fliers and envelopes to match. Guy at front was super friendly but place doesn't carry paper on sight & would have to get from "other warehouse", couldn't help match a font, and still has not gotten back to me with a promised bid within two days (five days later). I had a last minute print job that I needed for my wedding and these guys really came through! We had designed and were trying to print the programs for our wedding when our printer stopped working. I took an InDesign file over to Poney Express, they spruced it up a bit and made it look just that much more professional. I brought the job in on a Friday morning and they were able to have them printed off by that afternoon and even scored them to make the folding easier. Pony Express saved the day for me! I needed programs printed for my father's funeral and the church didn't get us all the information until two days before the services. I also was having a really hard time with the formatting of the programs. I called and Hasu was so helpful! I brought him what I had and he was able to make everything line up and look perfect. My computer skills get me by on a day to day basis but setting up volunteer donation envelopes is well beyond my field of expertise. What a gift it was to find Hasu Moltiram! He could not have been more helpful or nicer, and he prices beat everyone else! NEVER again would I come here. All employees see you but completely ignore your presence!. Soon as I got there they asked me what I needed, I told them and he said okay and walked away...I had to wait almost 10 minutes before I could explain the details of my order. Basically he wanted me to do the work for him (like giving him format and measurements).I went there to have less than 50 invitations printed with literally 9 lines *with less than 4 words on each line) and they wanted to charge me almost $40.00!.
