Absolutely the worst customer service by an older gentleman. Didn't get his name because he had…read morezero interest in actually being of service. I walked in the door and said hi. He said "what do you need", I said I'm just picking up a suit for my husband and started to walk towards his counter that he was sitting on his phone at. He repeated again this time raising his voice "what do you need" I told him my husband's name and looked up the order number kinda panicked now because he was so extremely rude. He basically ran me out the door after instructing me that he won't be able to help if the suit doesn't fit unless I brought it back in the same day and "wouldn't be happy or helpful if I came back saying he needed a different size". Genuinely the worst businessperson I've ever encountered. If there were a way to put zero stars, I would've. Paying 250 dollars for a rental suit and getting yelled at is not something we'll ever do again, and I hope others avoid this location so they don't have to run into this employee. Based on past reviews, I'm not shocked as it sounds like this guy is always like this. Hopefully he'll eventually figure it out or someone handles it. It's truly horrible. Take your business elsewhere.

I gave this ticket to a friend who went to pick up the pants. Mr Ngo could not find them. My friends daughter went back a while later and he looked around and picked up a pair of pants and hemmed them and gave them to her. These were not the pants I left. I took them back the next day and he refused to admit he gave her the wrong pants. He refuses to replace the pants demanding I show him a receipt for the pants that were purchased over a year ago.. So, I have no pants AND I have paid to have a pair of pants hemmed!!!! Do not use this man!!!!! He is very disorganized and will not make right mistakes he had made!!!!
