That's when I decided to find someone else to do my taxes. I found Frank Dipaola and decided to give him a try. Frank immediately identified what the other tax processor had done wrong and corrected the issues on my 2021, 2022 and 2023 taxes. Again, Frank quickly identified what was wrong and corrected those taxes. Once those were amended/completed, he was also able to move forward and process 2024. We instructed Vance's office, when the returns were completed, to DO NOT efile our return, while we looked into the issue and yet some weeks later, he did efile the incorrect and without our written approval, as required by the IRS! Though it was later, Codie still picked up and agreed to meet with me that same day. Thank you, Codie She explained to me how her main office had been in a car accident, literally a car drove into the building, and she needed to temporarily relocate.
