We own a travel trailer and a 5th wheel, but our tow vehicle was out of commission. Despite this setback, we had a camping trip planned with a few other families. We reached out to JaeBug Trailer Rentals and received a response immediately. Booking was super easy; they were incredibly accommodating, especially since we had many moving parts and I can be a bit high-maintenance when coordinating these types of things with other families. We rented the 36' Genesis Supreme toy hauler, which was in pristine condition! Even though we brought everything from our travel trailer, they provided all the necessities and even had the beds made up. It literally came with everything you would need as a starting point. Where we were camping, it was HOT (high 90s to the 100s) during the day, and the A/C was amazing! The "master" bedroom had a REAL mattress; it was so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of bed. Not only was the trailer itself fantastic, but the customer service was also exceptional. The team at JaeBug Trailer Rentals was always available to answer any questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect trip. I rented a truck from uhaul for my first and last…read moretime and they added a bunch of extra charges and fees that were not part of the agreement and they purposely give you the truck half way full so they can dispute the gas when u feel it up back to the same meter it was on when you received it. I have rented from penske twice now and was beyond satisfied. Their customer service is too tear, and they have very affordable/reasonable prices!! The trucks are always very clean inside, filled up with gas, and they are very transparent with the cost/fees. they even have a rent by the hour option if you only need a rental for a couple hours instead of a whole day which is awesome!!

Bought a new house in Az and needed a car carrier to haul my show truck. U-Haul did not have…read moreanything that would be able to carry my mid sized truck and I couldn't find an enclosed either. That's when the relationship started with Penske Truck rental on Production Ave in Miramar California. My wife and I got into an unexpected bind that could have sent us back thousands of dollars. After loading up the 22' Penske truck in San Diego and my wife was pulling a trailer with her vehicle we arrived In Arizona to get our keys from the builder only to find that the house wasn't ready. I was absolutely fuming as we had nowhere to go for the 4 days it would take and all our belongings roasting away in that box truck in 110 degree weather. Ended up getting a hotel room paid by the builder. That was ok, but the other issue was extending our one way truck rental. You can imagine how expensive it already was to rent the 22' plus car carrier now I had to contend with how much will this set me back. I called Penske and explained our situation and how we were stuck in a hotel cause our house wasn't ready . To my total disbelief Seth and Julian saved the day and waved all fees for the extension. No one will ever know just how much gratitude we have towards these two gentlemen and the company as a whole. In today's crazy world we live in it is absolutely awesome to see a truck rental company who's employees are compassionate and went out of their way for a customer. The whole process was very transparent. Was enough to win our business again. But we got into trouble twice, we hit a diamond road sign (which was not visible from the rear view mirror) and we were hit by another truck on the avenue of the giant which broke the driver side mirror. We duct taped a plastic mirror purchased from NAPA and completed our trip. We reported the incidents to AdventureKT (Which you always must do, it is not only the right thing to do, also it helps you and AdventureKT both to handle the situation, no one likes surprises right, when you are an adult :)). When returning, Chris took the video and picture of the slightly damaged vehicle. And told me they will follow up with me later on. We took outdoorsy third party insurance, where we hit some roadblock. But Chris and team went above and beyond to work with me, because if outdoorsy didnt pay for it, it would have been our responsibility. They kept in touch throughout the process and at the end with their help, outdoorsy approved the repair. This is very important, because it was on of the situation where AdventureKT was in loss, they couldnt use the vehicle for few days. But Chris kept his cool. One day i was upset and I was close to loose my cool, but Christ was professional with his assuring voice and did whatever he promised to do, in this not so ideal situation. Will rent from AdventureKT again, but do read the fine print of the insurances, which I was offered to purchase from outdoorsy.
