I was looking into getting new countertops in kitchen, reached out to Milestone and explained to…read morethem the type of material I was looking for, which was quartz with grey veining and repeated mentioned I wanted veins going the same direction through out kitchen and no visible seams, I was assured they could do the job. Day of install came and one of the panels was going vertically and everything else horizontally. Reached out to John and after a little back and forth he agreed to replace the panel at no extra charge. When day of replacement came it was only a crew of 2 guys, they struggled a little to move stove and were concerned about gas line as they were unsure how to close it, the guy in charge took them outside and told them to be quiet, stop complaining and get it done. 3 months after replacement section was installed and final payment was made my countertops cracked! I reached out again via email to John, several people from his team came out to look at countertops a couple of times and I was told they'd replace them once they had the same material leftover from another job. That was over a year ago! I repeatedly reached out to John and James who now no longer works with John and I was just given more excuses. I consulted with another company and I was told the reason for counters cracking was most likely bad installation since there were no signs. We also paid for cabinet lighting and lights went out a day after installing after having guy come out multiple times we gave up. I have recently filed a complaint with the BBB, countertops should have come with some type of warranty for at least a year.

Dont waste your time w their BS. Im a serial remodeler and have dealt with my fair share of…read morecabinet/granite shops. These ppl are the worst because they are not even pretending to be honest. I was updating a rental property. I came to get a quote on a countertop and a few days later returned to add a vanity countertop. I gave the exact length of my kitchen. One of the younger employee gave me a quote for material and labor. Thankfully before I handed them a deposit, they were available to go measure right then. After the "measure" he told me theq final price was 25% more than quoted. Why so much? He said my measurements were off. He didnt dispute my counter length but he said it costs more because the counter is 26 in deep not 24 in. Uhh... Im not getting a custom slab. ALL prefab countertops come in the same standard 26 in depth. Surely you knew that already. Then he said my bar top was 62 in x 14 in not 62 x 12 in as I told them. I asked him to show me because I didn't even see him put his measuring tape on the bar top! He measured and its 12 in, exactly as I said. So he made some lame excuse that they can't cut a 12 in depth and 14 in was the minimum depth they can cut. LOL. That's not what you just said. And how do you cut 4 in backsplash strips then? In any case the quote already included a charge a full 8 ft x 26 in slab for said bar top too. Then, he said its because they forgot a sink. That's true, and I'm fine with adding that. Except he said its $250 for a sink. On the previous quote I received for kitchen granite only a few days before, the sink was $90. And, there was a sticker on said sink was $90 in their store. I said I'll just buy my own sink then, and he said, then we have to charge you $150 to cut the sink hole. Uhhh... the quote that I had in my hand included cutting and polishing labor for "sink side" cabinet! I dont get it. Especially because while I was at the store, there were at least 2 people (including the measure guy) that checked the quote before it was provided to me. Then FIVE excuses, none valid because he can't be bothered to actually measure. I was ready to buy with check in hand. I was ready to pay the extra fees that you asked for demo. I was willing to pay your previously quoted sink price. I just thank God I didnt write a check before they came. I cant imagine being dealing w these ppl for another minute. I drove to the next granite store 2 minutes away and got what I wanted for less. Even if you dont care about wasting my time, you're still wasting your own time/gas coming out for said "measure." How you get any business being that shady is beyond me.

When I went to their store, they were honest and straightforward. They offered me the best price I could find for what I was getting. Their workers arrived on time and did a great job. Very happy with the price and results.
