Stamper sent out two people to inspect the roof and told us that in fact our roof was actually in good shape. We just had some minor damage. Extremely poor service from Elevated Roofing. I would avoid them at all cost. We used them for our…read moreroof replacement 4 years ago and it was a horrible experience. They no-showed TWICE to a scheduled inspection that I had to schedule time off work to accommodate. The communication on their end is horrendous. People within the same company tell you different things and they don't follow up. Had people showing up to my house unannounced as well. They also didn't want to do an the repairs that were recommended and basically had to tell them to do it. Fast forward 4 years and needing some roof repair. I only called them for potential warranty coverage. Someone came out on 5/31 and I never heard from them again. I called the week after and they said they were working on a quote for me but no response. I called again the week after and they tried to schedule another inspection later in the week, even though I already had one. I asked for a manager to call me back and they said they would same day. Still no response a week later. They can't even provide a simple quote for a repair. If you want to be left in the dark and frustrated, go with Elevated Roofing, where the only thing elevated is your blood pressure.
