Rachelle Lapino arrived at my house, explained the process and what they could offer. Rachelle was professional and didn't promise me anything that they couldn't deliver. One of my main concerns was working with my deductible, but assuring all the work needed was performed. T Rock delivered that and more! They provided several upgrades at their cost and worked with me to reduce my out of pocket expense. They had a liaison that worked directly with my insurance company to assure I was getting all money owed. The work crew arrived when scheduled and finished on time. They respected me, my property, and cleaned up when finished. The entire process from start to finish was seamless and no stress to me. AVOID THESE PEOPLE!! New flashings around the chimney were not installed but were painted to look as if they were new. Rust is still visible on one of the flashings they did not paint. New flashings were not installed on the skylight either. Instead of using the flashing material, the contractor walked off with a complete role and told me "I have a good use for this." Seems to me that it would have been a "good use" on my roof. Incidentally, they were paid to install new flashings which they did not install. read more

I have had atleast 4 different roofing companies try to fix a leak and finally I called trock as they were recommended so highly by our HOA. Come to find out they did half the houses in my neighborhood. They sent over Sam and he climbed up there and took about 45 minutes to figure out that the first companies didn't know how to do chimney flashing right. When our area was devastated by hail in 2010 T-Rock was there helping folks board up their broken windows. We had T-Rock replace our roof and the associated roof vents and gutters.
