Called AAA today to have my mother's car towed and Best Towing was selected for the service.  My…read moremom's cell phone died and wasn't able to get updates from her.  I called Best Towing to find out if they would be willing to drive my mom home after they dropped off her car at the mechanic.  I spoke to the dispatcher Bruce who said that it wouldn't be a problem.  A little while later Bruce called me to let me know the tow truck driver had my mom and should be done with the tow shortly.  I never asked for a call back and was extremely grateful for Bruce to go above and beyond and call me back and ease my mind.  Once my mom got home she called me and told me about the excellent care she received from the tow truck driver Joey.  He made my mom feel at ease and was so friendly.  My mom is elderly and disabled so knowing she was in good hands really made me feel so much better.  I have never written a review for anything in my life until today.  I just wanted to share my experience and let everyone know the kind of company you get when you have them tow your vehicle.  Thanks Bruce and Joey!  You made a very stressful situation a lot easier to deal with.  I would recommend this place to everyone!

My vehicle is stock not modified whatsoever. James had a flat bed but truly lazy and uncaring. The distort her asked if he was able to tow it and his answer was do you want me to? A simple yes or no would have done. I could answer for him "yes". I have had it towed In the past no problem. I am not sure how AAA does business with a company that disregards AAA's customers. I got the 100% lazy vibe from James or perhaps AAA does not give them enough $$. I was so shocked and disaappinted on the driver and company itself.

Dear Management, I…read moream writing to formally report an upsetting interaction I had with one of your tow truck drivers. On Friday September 18 2026, I was driving south on Magnolia pass Garfield and attempted to use the alley to get to work. As I entered the alley, I encountered one of your tow trucks. At first, it appeared that the tow truck was leaving the area, but the driver then began reversing. I was attempting to pass through the alley when I noticed there was a vehicle behind the tow truck. As soon as I realized what was happening, I stopped my vehicle and waited. I did not honk at the driver, yell at him, or do anything to provoke a confrontation. Despite this, the tow truck driver got out of his vehicle and began acting very aggressively toward me. He made comments toward me in a hostile and confrontational manner. I was confused by his reaction because I had already stopped my vehicle and was simply trying to allow him to assist the other vehicle. The owner of the vehicle being assisted then approached me and explained the situation. At that point, I understood what was happening and told the vehicle owner that I completely understood the situation. My concern was not with the vehicle owner or the fact that the tow truck driver was assisting them. My concern was the driver's aggressive and verbally confrontational behavior toward me. Afterward, I drove around the shopping center to the back in an attempt to obtain information about the tow truck and the driver. I also asked the driver for his name so that I could properly identify him when making this complaint. He refused to provide that information. I am bringing this matter to the attention of the person responsible for managing your company because I believe this type of behavior should be taken seriously. I understand that tow truck drivers may encounter difficult situations while working, but that does not justify aggressive or intimidating behavior toward members of the public. I would appreciate it if management would investigate this incident and speak with the driver involved. I am not looking to create unnecessary conflict. I simply believe that professional and respectful conduct is important, especially when representing a company while operating a commercial vehicle in public areas. If this type of interaction happened to me, it could happen to another person as well. Thank you for taking the time to review my complaint.
