Had a very poor experience with Mandic Motors towing contracted by Cadillac Roadside Assistance. The truck operator, Carlos, showed up very quickly and was friendly and polite. I handed off my keys plus a nice tip and he said we were good to go. I specifically said to call if any issues. I heard the truck pull in behind my house and eventually drive away. The surprise was when a second tow company called to confirm they were on the way. I went back out to my parking spot and Carlos had left my car, unlocked, window down, keys inside. I can understand that his tow truck probably wasn't compatible with my vehicle, but a phone call would have been nice rather than just abandoning the job and driving off. read more

I have used Mandic since 2008. Recently I needed there help through triple aaa. The staff that came to assist was highly incomptent, argumentative and rude. I had one forienor employee say he could hurt his back doing the job he was sent to do!! Not sure what is going on but I can say the quality of employees they once had appears to be gone. Woke up today, Friday the 13th with not even a click, click, click. Call AAA and spoke to someone live. Mohamad came in less than 1 hour. He ran multiple tests and a jump, still nothing. Called for a Tow truck, Brett to bring to Mountain tire. It turned out that the negative connection on the battery was off. The Dodge Journeys battery is under everything and to get to it you have to remove the wheel and wheel well guard. Both men were very polite and respectful. My son was in a very bad accident and his car was totaled. It was taken to Mandic Motors. I needed to come and get my sons things out of his car. He was in the process of moving so He had luggage, various kitchen supplies, medications. We thought his cell phone and debt card along with most of his things would be long gone from stories I'd heard about cars being left in salvage yards. When I arrived at Mandic it took about an hour and 15 minutes from my home. The office was very clean. The man at the desk was Paul and said an auto auction had just started so I wasn't suppose to go to where my sons car was, but since I'd driven an hour away he let me go back. I told him I hoped everything would be in my son's car and he said "we don't remove anything". Paul was right, everything was in the car. A little worse for wear after all the glass and bend metal. This tow yard sucks. We were broke down in a parking lot the day before thanksgiving. They would not tow the car because they didn't want to scratch the ground. I had the pleasure of meeting and having Anthony (Romeo) come out to help me with a car battery issue. It was obvious to me that my battery needed to be replaced. Luckily for me, they sent out Anthony to help me. Not only was he an expert at changing out the old battery and replacing it with a new one, he exchanged out the old cable connector so it wouldn't break off and force me to get it towed to the auto mechanic shop. He was a really cool guy that shared a lot of good information about Electric cars, especially that they cannot be parked at the downstairs parking lot of Pacific City. It cuts off the signal reception to your phone so you can't restart your car. I hope if I ever need more battery service that Mandic motors will send Anthony to my assistance again! read more

I wouldn't go here... I thought it was a really good price for an oil change for my escape & then 3 weeks after I got my oil changed I had to replace my power steering pump...
