Evidently they get a lot of complaints because they do not respond. Best Trash is new to our community, I called customer service to pick up my recycle bin and was given a pick up date, shortly after I received a text message, giving me a new pick up date, on that date there was no pickup. I called Customer Service again and rescheduled, the morning of the pick up date I called best trash to confirm and was told I was rescheduled for the following Monday. There is definitely a lack of communication and poor service. Hopefully they get it together soon. read more

They do an outstanding job of getting our trash and recycling. We have had service with them for 4-5 years now, they never miss on picking up. We have what they call back door service and they come up our driveway to empty what is in the cans. I wish all businesses were run as well as this one! read more

Worst experience dealing with them. I had scheduled ti get my recycle bin replaced. The crew had busted a wheel and it could not roll anymore. As instructed, i left it out at the curb on the day unstructed. Ti make it obvious i flipped it upside down on our Friday pickup which is a nonrecycling day. I come hime and my broken container is still there. I figured they missed it so i left it there through the next collection day that Tuesday. No pick up. I called the support saying they missed picking up my can. They said their records showed they sent someone out and that a can was replaced. Apparently i didn't see it. I disagreed and asked them to send the guy out and replace it. They told me no. They told me to see if my video survellance which i dont have shows them delivering. They wanted me to check with my neighbors to see if they have video. My culdesac has me on one half and 3 houses across from me. Two were vacant for sale. My neighbor saw nothing either. They told me it was stolen and that Id have to pay 100.00 for a new one. I asked if they are supposed ro pick up the broken bin when they drop the new one. She said yes. I asked why the broken bin was still out front. Her answer was we sent a bin and it was stolen and anew one is 100.00. Instead of the obvious answer that someone delivered to the wrong house, thwir workers aee perfect and never make mistakes. Not sure if this is related but thier standard of service has steadily declined since then. They leave garbage bags that fit in thier standards at the curb only pickung up what is in the cans. They dump my cans, because we have to buy our own trash cans, tipped over on the curb and let loose trash litter my street. Each trash day means cleaning up after the trash guys. read more

Avoid Best Trash at All Costs! This is the worst trash service company I have ever dealt with. They hire incompetent employees who can't do their jobs properly, and their customer service is an absolute disaster. They only send paper bills every three months, and last time, they sent an invoice already marked as overdue, threatening to cancel our service. We paid it immediately and got confirmation the next day that our payment was received and our trash would be picked up. But when the truck came, it just drove past our house. When we called, they claimed it was because the payment had been received just one day before pickup. The next pickup day, they skipped us again. When we called, the first woman who answered was literally asleep on the job, ignored the first call, and then picked up sounding half-asleep. She had no idea what was going on. The second representative blatantly lied, saying that even though we had received a confirmation of payment, they hadn't actually received the money for a week--another excuse to skip service. Late fees charged on an account before 30 days notice. Multiple attempts to try to call and pay the bill and cannot get through customer service. No service telephone number beyond rude customer service. Garbage truck sits through your trash and if they don't like what's in the trashcan. Best Trash is the worst. Has anyone else had issues with receiving their invoices but getting a late fee added? Since January, I have had 2 billing cycles and they no longer send an invoice. I call and no one answer the phone and of course the voicemail is full. They increased the fee from $85 to $123 and now they are flooded with calls and seem to not care about customer satisfaction. The lady calls back and says "well you can do autopay." Absolutely not. That shouldn't be your solution to the issue. read more

I was put on hold but within a few minutes I was connected to Sean who quickly and politely listened to my complaint. He scheduled me for a pick up and replacement of the damaged can. This company has gone to crap since it was taken over by Best Trash. They drove right past my trash can today without stopping. I logged into my account, zero balance due. I tried calling them and I get a recording every time I call saying they are busy. The recording says to visit the contact us tab on their web page to report missed pickups. I tried that too. Completed the entire online form and I get an error message every time I click submit stating server error, message not sent. Office job here must be pretty nice. Dont answer the phones, direct all service problems to a web portal that doesnt work. My cc expired on auto renew and so I received an invoice to pay it manually. Paid it as soon as I received the email but I never received a confirmation email that it had been paid. I pay for backdoor service. I am old and am scheduled for back surgery but I hauled those heavy for me cans out in 90 degree heat. Sometime my trash is picked up and sometime it is not. Worst customer service ever. We cancelled our service back in Nov 2024 after paying our last quarter bill. They said a refund would be sent in 4 to 6 weeks. It has now been 4 months and no refund has been delivered. We have made numerous phone calls, left messages and filled out their online form. They don't return phone calls and if you are lucky enough to get them to answer the phone, their explanation is always the same. The refund will be sent in 4 to 6 weeks. They have never responded to why we haven't received this refund 4 months later. read more

Local, efficient and involved! This is not a giant company, they work hard to insure everything goes well for your trash pick up.
