***Update - Country Corridor has agreed to honor their 5 can allowance for the remainder of the quarter we paid for. I appreciate their doing the right thing. I was concerned when Farmers Disposal I was so pleased with the service. They allowed up to 5 trash cans, which was really important to us. Then Country Corridor Disposal bought them out and it went badly from the beginning. Very disorganized transfer, billing issues, missed pickups and impossible to get in touch with. This company was very quick to communicate an additional fee, but I learned from the tag on my trash can today they changed the can allowance to two. That does not work for us so I requested a refund for the remainder of the quarter, which of course they won't honor. It is really hard to find decent, honest trash service in this area it seems. We tried CCD for the months of January through April, they missed us a lot. I like underdogs and had hoped for a different service to replace the higher priced one that has had the local monopoly. The office staff was great, the driver not so much. read more

They are horrible! CSRs are rude and cuss you out. Got a recording! Stay away from these people. They miss your trash and when you confront them they always have excuses. Run away from this hole in the ground! read more

Last June 2025, we contacted CCD to stop service because we were going to be away for 2 months. They told us we had to cancel services since they don't have a way to stop services for vacationing. So we cancelled as they said. Now we've returned and asked to start services again. They were adamant that we needed to pay for the next quarter BUT WILL NOT credit or refund us the the past 2 months of non-service after we've cancelled as they said to do. It's been over a week that we've asked to speak to upper management to resolve this issue and they have not returned our call. read more

They just picked up our service buying it from another company called Farmers. They have picked up my trash in the past. I forgot it yesterday, 8-4-25. Tried to call them this morning about eight or nine times and it just like it's disconnected. No recording no way to leave a message. Nothing just clicking . I drove to the office that is listed online. It's a multiple facility with no office known inside the structure with the listed correct address. I thought I would investigate. We paid them for the whole month and now not seen them. I did send a email from their website to request me a call their phone number clicks without ringing.Maybe they'll read this and give me a call. read more

Do not recommend. Initially increased my bill 30+% and now increased it by 75+% bringing it to over $250. No warning. No notice. Does not pick up the phone and does not return calls. AVOID AT ALL COST. read more

After being taken to the cleaners for years with HORRIBLE trash services in Magnolia and sky high prices, Country Corridor appears. I have never been more happy with the service, price and communication from the owner himself and his staff! I called and happily got to talk personally with the owner and made a simple transition to their company. As a person on Soc. Sec. I was thrilled to get such an awesome price!
