I scheduled an appointment for repair of a cracked tooth- he planned to do a filling. I told him I wasn't expecting to do the filling today and would rather reschedule, and he became angry.He pulled the bib off me, slammed it into the garbage, and stalked out of the room without saying a word. I got up, went to the front desk and said I wasn't prepared leaving and wouldn't be back. His behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.

They messed up my previously healthy tooth and then suggested root canal might be the only solution left. They occasionally employ this doctor (I forget her last name, starts with a P), who is, no exaggeration, insane. She talks 1000 words per minutes, laughs likes she's drunk and does the dental procedures with similar speed and distraction. The assistant literally stopped reacting to anything she was saying, probably hoping she would get the hint and shut up and focus on her work. Didn't happen. This is no a joke people -- stay away.

I came here when I was in college sometime between 2007 and 2009 complaining of a sore front tooth…read more Dr. Flanagan told me I had cracked my tooth "above the gum line" and would need to have it removed and replaced. I was horrified! He told me I would need a special implant but "not to be scared." His implant patents hung on the walls around us in his office. I asked him what would happen if I didn't get it removed and he said my front tooth would die and turn a different color. I went home and cried for days. Cut to two weeks later when I got a second opinion. The second opinion dentist took a boat load of x rays but could not find any sort of "crack" in my front tooth - and certainly nothing to warrant removing it!!! Almost ten years later, there is still nothing wrong with my front tooth and it's not discolored or dead. A few years after this I realized I clench my teeth, got a night guard, and have never had pain again. Make no mistake people, this guy would've removed my perfectly healthy front tooth at the age of 22 only to be replaced by an expensive implant not covered by insurance. If you value your teeth, do not go here! This is unethical and this guy should be out of business.

I've been beyond fortunate in that I have no major dental issues, so I can't speak to procedures or how they handle those things. BUT I can say that their staff is very friendly and teeth cleaning goes quickly while the hygienists make polite conversation while they're cleaning. I've never felt like they've done anything - tests or otherwise - that were unnecessary. I also appreciate that they give feedback and remember things about you when you come back. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dentist in the area.
