She felt my daughter needed to see an ENT even though two medical professionals said she needed to be seen by an oral surgeon. Hard pass on this practice.

Clean waiting area, staff was warm and friend and very professional. Once I was in the room the staff was still very polite and super efficient. They made the entire experience pleasant. Everything went so smoothly I was beyond impressed.

No dr, no exam to pay for! Just a cleaning. They recently changed to a four day work week which is great for workers but inconvenient for those also working a four day work week. A business like this needs a rotating four day schedule for the workers that way they're open 5 days a week. Makes way more sense as a business to me unless you're simply trying to keep your overhead down. I know several people who won't be able to go here anymore as they no longer offer Friday appointments. Smile rewards is no longer worth it unless you haven't been to the dentist in a decade and need a ton of work done.

When I got home I was shocked to see that my gumline had noticeably receded and it took weeks to gradually go back to normal. I was scared it was ruined forever and it left me feeling very sick to my stomach. I never went back. Let me also say they kept telling me that I needed to have all 4 wisdom teeth pulled immediately. Guess what? It's 9 years later and all 4 wisdom teeth have grown in with absolutely no problems. The only reason they don't get a 1-star rating is that Lombardi was a nice guy and at least they showed me how to properly floss...

They never did the cleaning, but took a full series of x-rays and an exam. They gave me a treatment plan for work to be done and what insurance was to pay. They are not part of the ConnectiCare network for dental. No clue about insurance
