I have NEVER had such a horrible experience as I did at the Best Western Hotels & Resorts in Brazeton Georgia. Below are pictures of the disgusting dirty hotel room that we checked out early because of the disrepair (towel rack falling off the wall) missing safe that was ripped off the wall and left with drywall damage, toothpaste smeared on the wall, a non working phone, dirty sticky bathroom floor and ceiling mold. We checked in for a wedding and stayed one night. We checked out early, I called corporate and lodged a complaint and shared these photos. They spoke to Priya the Manager who told me that she would refund me the one night because of the condition of the room but because we booked thru a 3rd party they needed to refund me. I contacted them..the in turn called the hotel and they refused to issue any refund saying that is not their policy and prepaying is what got me a cheaper rate. Kathy Patel was the General manager that refused to honor what Priya promised..I will NEVER stay at another Best Western Again... horrible and disgusting experience. read more

Wow is all I can say.. I've been to other countries and treated better.. room 109. Walk in and reeked of piss. Shower had mold and faucet was broken. Hot water was Luke warm at best..No cell service and the WiFi was hit or miss. spoke to a gentleman the next evening. He checked me out and said I was only being billed for the evening prior. They charged me for two.. called to find out. Was told they will call me back. No return call. So I called again and the lady who answered the phone was beyond rude and nasty.. I will file a complaint with corporate. Called La Quinta down the street. Was cheaper per night. Brand new facility, staff friendly and they even picked me up.. fresh hot breakfast. Stayed here during Christmas break and the first thing I noticed was the awesome stone & woodworking renovations! There is now a noise barrier noise between the hotel and the highway and makes the stay more enjoyable. Breakfast in the morning was always delicious and thank you to the manager Meagan made the stay amazing for us! read more

The manager, Sonya, was great. The room was clean. Customer service was great. I just wished there was a jacuzzi tub on site.

We stay here frequently and sometimes there are small issues but nothing huge. Conner the front desk agent is awesome!!!!! read more

I ended up here because so many hotels were booked due to Hurricane Irma came through GA as a tropical storm knocking out power widespread. Beggars can't be choosers. The place is alright, the doors open to the outside, the parking is small, but if you stay on the side that is 100' from I85 it is noisy. I wouldn't stay here again unless I had to. read more

A++ SERVICE. I happened to be in the area for a motorcycle track day at Road Atlanta. After a long day at the track, it had slipped my mind to get a place to rest. This Best Western was the closest to the track so I decided to give them a try. I called in and made a reservation with Assistant Manager Ally. She answered the phone with such professionalism and did her best to accommodate my party. The hotel was nestled in a side street so it's not easily seen from the main road. The outside had a nice, peaceful cabin feel. Upon arrival, I was greeted with the same great service and with a lively smile from Ally. She even gifted us a few free snacks to welcome us. The next morning, Ally was there and greeted every customer with the same smile and greeted every guest by name! The FREE breakfast served Gluten-free and vegetarian options and was very prestine in terms of cleanliness. This establishment has really thought of every aspect of the customer experience and putting them first. I highly recommend staying here. The only suggestion for improvement would be that the rooms to be remodeled to match the exterior. Otherwise, the rooms are good enough for a nice place to sleep and freshen up. The spectacular service provided by Ally supercedes any room for improvement! read more

This place sucks. I'd give it zero stars if I could. It's right off the highway down a little side street in the woods. The room smelled, the toilet didn't work, and the kid at the front desk asked me if he had to worry about a noise complaint from us after I told him my son has autism. WHAT???? We were put on the second floor, but needed a room on the first floor because my husband had just had knee surgery and my son wears braces on his legs. They asked after we had all our stuff in the room if we wanted to move. Also I realize there are other guests in the hotel that need service, but how about having more than one person working in case someone else needs something? I went to the front desk at least three times to get towels only to find a sign saying the employee was helping someone else and to come back another time. There was no bathtub stopper in the tub. My son fell on the painted concrete steps because one was cracked and had a dip in the middle. I wanted to use my points to cover one of the nights and was told by two different people I had to mention that when booking the room. Well if there was a place to do that, I certainly would have. I didn't go somewhere else because I was going to be charged for the full week anyway. This place is a rip-off. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else. I assure you you'll be glad you did. I will never ever stay at another Best Western. read more

Great out of the way location. Front desk staff was top notch, very accommodating, very friendly, day time clerk was very cute(only one I saw). Rooms were very adequate for staying in. Plenty of food delivery options and places to go to. read more

Not a picky hotel person, far and away the worst hotel experience of my life. Got there at 930 PM with a child and pregnant wife needing a good nights rest before a wedding, the AC was off the room was literally 95 degrees and humid, it felt like a sauna, we turned the AC on hoping it would cool, by midnight, the room had not cooled a single degree. I went to the front desk, they agreed to move us to a different room. Dragged my wife and child and baggage to the new room, things seemed fine until about 3 AM, when the AC began making deafening noises, literally sounded like construction was going on in our room, tried to call the front desk and no one picked up, went to the front desk no one was there. We turned of the AC to discover our room is 20 yards from the highway, it sounded like the cars were driving right outside our door. Talked to the person at the front desk in the morning, said they couldn't give us a refund because we got our hotel through a 3rd party site, that I would have to deal with the 3rd party site to get the refund. I called the 3rd party site who called the manager of the hotel, who refused to offer the refund. The 3rd party site (hotels.com) did give us a $30 voucher though. We were pretty much swindled, it wasn't even that cheap, we paid $125 for the room, avoid this hotel at all costs. read more

Hurricane Ian moving in. In process of moving daughter from Atlanta back home to northern Virginia. Side-swiped by 18-wheeler while driving our uHaul truck and trailer. Rooms booked everywhere due to Braselton race. Finally found room here late in the evening. We were traumatized by the incident on the highway. Unable to continue ourselves with the uHaul. So much to say but in nutshell these people were OUTSTANDING. They couldn't do enough to help us. I ended up hiring a driver to get our truck to Virginia. We had to get on the road in our car to get ahead of Ian. uHaul would not even let us park their own truck on their own lot. Without hesitation, Connor allowed us to leave our truck parked there so we could get on our way in the car. We didn't even know how soon we were going to get a driver. I left the uHaul key at the front desk and we left. Long story but we are home. Our truck arrived within 48 hours. We could not have made it thru this experience without the wonderful people here. I wish I remembered everyone's names. The very helpful, sweet woman who checked us in late at night, the beautiful lady who gave me a hug because she said I looked like I needed one, the young cheerful, sweet lady at the desk in the morning, and friendly, kind, caring Connor who I believe is the manager. You are top-notch people and I will never forget your kindness. Thank you so very much. read more

Stayed at the best western braselton inn in north Georgia for a wedding this passed weekend. I was woken up at 5:15 a.m to someone forcefully trying to open my hotel room's door, I called the police and while I was on the phone with the police they left, came back, and successfully opened the door. luckily I had the manual chain lock on so they weren't able to get in. You can imagine how scared I was that someone kept trying then succeeding in opening my hotel room door. Right after they opened the door I told 911 they have to send someone, shortly after hung up and then called the front desk. Apparently it was the front desk that opened the door. According to the front desk someone walked into the lobby with a key that looked like it said my room number on it and claimed it didn't work. The front desk asked the man "are you Mr. *my last name*?" And the man said yes so they went with him to open the door for him. The front desk should've checked his ID or at the very list ask "what's the last name on the reservation?" Or something along those lines, and not give out my personal info (my last name) as well as disturb our privacy. You can imagine how terrified we were when it felt like someone was trying to get into our hotel room. Not to mention that if we weren't in the room the man could have just walked in and stolen our stuff. When I brought it up to management they apologized but said they couldn't do anything for me. Same thing when I submitted a customer relations complaint to corporate. Just overall an awful experience. I would recommend a different place. read more
