Thought it was a tiny spider crawling across my pillow however, after further investigation and Googling photos of bedbugs, that's exactly what it was; a bedbug. Crawling across the pillow. So I started looking around more and began finding them crawling in the decorative creases in the headboard. I packed my bags, went to the office, showed them the video I took and got my money back. It was a disgusting experience and I will never come back. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 20 miles and stay in Stillwater.

The ice machine is broken and they said they won't fix it because it cost $5,000. You better bring bottled water because there are no vending machines. They expect you to drink tap water with no ice and it's nasty. The bed spreads have stains on them. ​

This last time between (May 12-18) it seem to be a little over whelming for the workers. Two times during these daate my room was not made up and the room I was in is starting to become worn out, Cracks and caulking near the shower are starting to look worn out and a Towel pool fell to the floor after I tried to put bath towels on it . The manger and desk staff are attentive to my needs, but the house keeping seemed over whemled.
