This is a decent place to stay in Glendale at a fair price. There's a discount if you use AAA, but they charge for parking so it's a wash. It's an older building with updates. The rooms are small, but clean and well fitted with TV, coffee micro and Fridg. Nice walk in shower. The lobby and eating area is good, check in was easy. I didn't have reservations. Breakfast is the standard fare for hotels with breakfasts. There was eggs, hash browns, bacon and some breakfast sandwichs. Cereals and drinks. Preety good with plenty of seating. The only dowside for me is the walls are thin. Someone came in around 3:30 and was talking, bring earplugs. Not unusual when stayinging hotels. All in all good and I will stay here again. read more

My only issue with this stay was the price of parking and to not even find a parking? I don't get it? Parking lot spaces were so narrow that my Honda Pilot cannot even fit in the spaces.. This hotel while decently did have its down sides as well. The area that it's in is fairly safe and easy to access popular tourist attractions, it took us around 20 minutes to reach downtown LA. The parking lot is cramped and fills up on random nights so larger cars beware. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was pretty good and varied throughout the days. We did find a large spider in our room and something in our room was causing really bad allergies and it did get noisy at times but overall for a fair priced hotel it's hard to complain. read more

My review is based on a one night weekend stay. It was exactly what I needed for a family of 4. It's not the most modern or up to date but if you need a place in Glendale, this is it. It's close to a target, a shopping mall, and right off the freeway. The free breakfast was exactly what you imagine for a hotel, continental. Bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, granola, eggs, bacon, sausage breakfast sandwich, hash browns, muffins, waffles and coffee. King sized room had a shower tub which was perfect for my kids, a large flatscreen, a small fridge and a microwave, plus an air conditioning unit. There's not much more you need. If you're not looking for luxury but a comfortable enough stay, book here. Overnight parking is $12 per night. read more

I stayed in November 2024. The breakfast is the best I've encountered nationally. It changes slightly occasionally which is a nice change. I started off in 306, the mini fridge wasn't cold enough for my medicine or to make a can of soda cold. So I ended up keeping my medication on ice in my ice chest overnight. Smallest mini fridges ever seen and three inches taller than the mini-microwave. All three rooms Smelled dusty, which seemed odd since there is no carpet. One reeked of mildew or mold. I ran my air purifier whenever in the room due to Southern California's hazardous pollution. Windows open, which is great for airing the room. Loud street and freeway traffic noise, didn't hear it much while sleeping. Running the air conditioner or heater helps with the noise. Multiple tiny pillows, so bring your own full sized pillows Strange toilet cramped into a tiny restroom with shower and sink. Reminded me of a small mobile home. Bed is relatively firm. But I got a good night of sleep. Small parking area with small spaces that are billed at $12.00 extra per night (Diamond Member Price) That are not clearly disclosed on the BestWestern membership website or app, its kind of hidden. I've lived in hotels and motels of all brands across the US and Los Angeles County for five months, this is the only location that added a parking fee. When I asked if they charge extra for parking because it's on leased land or something else. The front counter person said, "all motels in Los Angeles County charge for parking". This is 100% False. The parking fee makes the lower looking mid-week prices the same or higher as other brands. $100 deposit. This is normal for most hotels and motels in case you damage something. Old elevator and challenging to use luggage Carts. But better than no Carts since there are three floors. Room decor looks good and had decent office chair. But not a suitable location if you need to work from your room. The basic King Bed room is very small considering the prices, especially the weekend prices. You can get double the space and a King Suite at the nearby Pasadena Best Western Suites for a lower price without a parking fee. A small King Bed room here, weekend and off season November for a Diamond Tier Member was $187 when parking fee is included. There are so many better options for that price. In five months of reviewing motels and hotels across the US. This location had the only breakfast I felt it was worth getting up to eat. They have the best variety over any place to date and they change it a little during the week. That's a big deal if you're staying a week or more. I moved rooms three times. Room 306 had a bad fridge. Room 315 had a missing door latch, Room 308 had floor uplifting, a sticky door lock and a thick piece of plastic floor strip between the bathroom and room floor that I tripped on several times. The air conditioner filters of all three rooms had been cleaned. Very rare in my experience. T.V.s were large but offered a poor channel selection for the price. This location has lots of minor maintenance issues that can be and should be easily fixed. At the prices it should be better The staff were mostly friendly, an employee running the breakfast kitchen ignored me whenever I greeted her. Didn't seem to want to be there. Smallest room I've stayed in for the price and overall one of the least comfortable rooms I've stayed in. When booking here, I thought I was getting an upgraded experience due to the price and it being a BestWestern "Plus". Other than breakfast it was a downgraded experience for my U.S Best Western stays. I moved to a different location and brand instead of extending here. The room is clean but is very run down. The bathroom doesn't lock and looks like needs replacement. The location seems convenient and is off of the freeway and 20 minutes from universal studios. This does not justify as a plus brand as it provides the bare bones of a motel. The parking lot is very small with mostly compact spots. Just like many LA lodging, there's a parking charge of $12 per night. There's breakfast which is a plus, but it's your usual BW items. This place feels like price gouging and lazy maintenance at its finest. For starters, you have to pay for parking in addition to your hotel room. No valet, just a regular parking lot, $12 per car per night. This wouldn't be that big of a deal if there were actually enough parking spots for all of the rooms, and the spots that they do have are mostly compact and not big enough to fit even a Prius. Not only that, the front desk genuinely couldn't care less. Multiple people were parked between two spots or over the lines and the front desk refused to do anything about it even though they ask for your vehicle information when you check in, so they could have contacted the people parked badly. The room it self was disappointingly dirty. The shower was full of mildew like they never cleaned the grout, and there was water damage on the bathroom wall. The toilet was barely fastened to the wall and would shift and squeak every time we sat down on it. The door to the bathroom had been broken and shoddily repaired with foam glue, but it couldn't be locked properly anymore. The walls had dirty spots on them like room keeping did the least they could possibly do. Overall a very displeasing experience and I would not stay here again. Stayed here last minute after a full day at Disney, and couldn't have asked for better. The front desk was very kind and thorough, we got top floor which is always fun and he was very helpful with check in. Room was large and clean, ac works great, bathroom seemed brand new and was also super clean. Bed was SO comfy (not sure if because we were so worn out from the day but it's a good quality bed). An older BW with some new modern upgrades to make things feel fresh, but the devil is in the details. Although there are pleasant upgrades, many rooms have some glaring details that make their upgrades poor looking. Caulking around bath fixtures is finished with very little care leaving gaps and unevenness. Tiles are not square making the look of poor craftsmanship throughout. Rooms often have chipped paint surfaces and floor and baseboard trim gaps are common. The furniture already looks warn, and many are stained. New recessed lighting fills each room with harsh cold lighting, and the bathroom lighting timer is an annoying feature when taking a shower/bath and the lights turn off after 10 minutes. In addition, the water pressure seems to be really poor throughout the rooms. This location is near two major freeways, thus be warned about the noise of traffic. And since the rooms have no carpet, you can hear and sometimes feel your neighbors. Be aware that this BW location charges for parking during your stay if you bring a vehicle. Members of BW may get their fees waived. The hotel lobby is beautiful, and grabbing their free breakfast is a treat. One of the best perks of your BW stay. read more

A pretty straight forward Best Western, if you have stayed in one before. Not bad, not great...a good place to stay if you can get a good price. Parking is pretty tight, even for my Toyota, but some rooms, you can park right in front of your room. The room was quiet, we didn't hear much road or freeway noise. There was an elevator for the 2nd floor if needed. There is a pool, but we didn't use it. Breakfast was pretty much the normal stuff. The neighborhood appears sketchy...our room was on the park side, and the local police seemed to be there a lot. There is food and a small mall down the street on the other side of the freeway, which we walked over to, and had no issues. read more

I think it is my fault for having stayed at the cheapest hotel in my area I could find. You get what you pay for, right? But this one surprised me. I'm not going to complain about the rooms or the price. The rooms were clean and everything. My complaint is for the staff on the morning of April 2 (I'm sorry I didn't get the names). There were three women, two in the cleaning area and the one in the front desk. I went down for breakfast a little late, I didn't know they close breakfast at 9:00 (of course they close at 9:00 am, otherwise they don't make money). They didn't tell me something like "We're sorry but breakfast is close for today". The cleaning lady said "No breakfast! Breakfast closed! We close at 9:00!" I asked if I could at least have a coffee. She said "coffee there!" (The exclamation marks are to make emphasis on how loud she said it). Then, I went back to my room with my coffee (the coffee was good, I'm not complaining about everything as you can see). In my room, the other cleaning lady knocked on my door, I opened and she said "I need to clean" I asked at what time I needed to check out. She answered "At 11:00. It's 12:00 already". (It was 11:30, I thought I needed to check out at 12:00) I said to her "I'm sorry, could you give me 20 minutes to pack my stuff) And, in the most rude way possible, she grabbed her phone to check the hour, and then said: "I'll give you 5 minutes, no more". As I was packing my stuff, they started calling. I didn't want another angry lady telling me I should leave as I had 5 minutes to get out of the room, so I didn't answer. Then, the front desk lady knocked at my door. I opened it and she said "You need to leave the room" I said "I know, I'm packing my stuff, could you give me one more minute". And then she answered "If you don't leave the room in five minutes, we are going to charge you $75 dollars extra". (When she said that, I had only 2 minutes left of the other 5 minutes the cleaning lady had given me). I went down to the front desk, sweating and with all of my stuff, and the front desk lady just put my receipt on the table. She didn't say "thank you for your visit" or "have a nice day", you know? Like front desk staff do. Just that. I was not a bad guest. I was not noisy, I was not rude. I just had the mistake of not knowing the check out hour (or that the breakfast closes at the time people actually have breakfast). I heard the front desk lady speaking in Spanish, I'm from Mexico City, so I decided to confront her in Spanish and letting her know I would write a review about my experience. And here I am. Overall, the hotel is clean and the rooms are nice. You can hear the guest next door whispering, but the rooms are still nice. Beware the Parking Fee Scam! Hotel looks nice, but is older. During checkin they will charge you a parking fee. This location has no other options for public transportation other than driving there, and they know this so they scam you for a "parking fee" as a money grab. There were unidentified stains on the walls of the bathroom and bed sheets. The gross kind. Don't expect a very clean bathroom. The only towel bar had been ripped off the wall and never replaced. Our room was okay. Small. The bed was old and hard. The towels were very stiff, like a scrub pad. You only get 2 towels. Very low water pressure. You don't get normal sized pillows but 4-5 small square pillows. Terrible for sleeping! In the shower is a dispenser for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You get no bar soap. The dispensers only give you *microscopic* amounts of product, so you have to pump it 20+ times to get a small amount. This is ridiculously cheap of this hotel and unacceptable. TV was useless. Very few channels would tune, fades in and out. It's right up against a highway so I would recommend earplugs for sleeping. Luckily we had them. Overall this is a hotel that is focused on separating you from you money. A very poor value. read more

Awesome place to stay. I had relatives in from out of town and the Best Western Plus (Glendale/Eagle Rock) was perfect. The room was absolutely clean, comfy and well-kept. The room's AC worked properly, the TV and cable were good and the bathroom was clean, functioning and had a soup/shampoo/conditioner dispenser. There's FREE WIFI, the check in process was easy and there's free morning breakfast. The only gripe I had (as well as other Yelpers) were the small parking stalls. Be careful parking your SUVs, vans and pick ups. There's plenty of free parking though. The location is right off the 2 freeway (134 freeway is close) and the Eagle Rock mall is a block away (the Glendale Galleria is also a couple of miles away). It's decent, it did the job and we were not disappointed. BTW...the rates on hotels.com was affordable as well, about $150 a night. read more

This is not a Best Western Plus. I stayed in a King bed room and it was so uncomfortable. Over two nights I probably totalled 10 hours of sleep. The bathroom is probably the nicest part of the hotel although my drain in the shower and sink were very slow to drain. I told the hotel about it so they fixed it. Parking oh where to begin. It is terrible. This is why the hotel is 2 stars at best and that's being nice. The parking spaces are small and many people take multiple spaces. I had to park on the street which was annoying since I had to wake up for a meeting and leave by 7am. I attached photos to show how bad parking is. Management didn't seem to care that parking sucks. WOW. I am in shock at how bad the customer service has been in my first 12 hours of staying at this hotel. Settle in kids, it's a long story: Upon arrival, I'm pleased with everything at first and think I'll have a great experience here. The room is clean, the front desk is friendly, and the breakfast is good. But when I find out our room rate will be jumping from 85/night to 140/night, I'm surprised and talk to the front desk lady (Mareth?) about it. I can definitely own up to the fact that I'm ignorant about the way things work here, since I usually stay in Airbnbs or in hotels with a fixed rate - I've never been to one that fluctuates. My problem is that it wasn't explained to me when I booked the room. When I voice my concerns to Mareth (?), she says very sarcastically, "Well, did you ask?" I say no... she replies, "Well if you didn't ask, they're not just going to say the rate fluctuates." I'm taken aback by her tone and walk away. She never once said "sorry about that." I ask to speak to the manager, Gary, about how rude she was to me. As I explain my concern, he barely makes eye contact and interrupts me. He explains the way rooms work here, so I say it's not about the room rates but more how I was spoken to. His response is essentially "some things are rude to some people and not to others." Yeah. I'm not joking. I had to explain to this guy how customer service works: it's about listening to and empathizing with someone, not about proving how right you are. Gary says he'll check on the rates and give me a call, so I leave it at that and go back to my room. When he calls, he ever so graciously offers me 1000 points toward a future stay. Since this is my first time at a Best Western, I ask him what that comes out to in dollars and cents. He rambles on about how every location is different, with some you can get a free stay at 26,000 points, with others it's 14,000...totally irrelevant information. I basically have to BEG him to tell me what kind of discount 1,000 points is. At first he says "I cannot give you that information." Eventually he admits "It's $5.50 off." My first instinct is to laugh. He rants on about how I'm already getting a great deal, how the prices are very competitive, etc. Then he bumps it up to $11 off. I can't believe what I'm hearing. He then offers "I can put you in the spa room for the price of a regular room...nevermind, that's already booked." He asks me, "If you were a businessman, and this was your hotel, what would you think is fair? What would you give the customer?" I have no idea because I DON'T WORK HERE! Honestly, I never asked for anything in the first place except to be HEARD. I reject his philanthropic offers and say I'm just disappointed because I didn't come on vacation to sit here arguing with people. He ends the call by mumbling, "Sorry you feel that way. (!!!!) Ok. Bye." I haven't even gotten to the broken shower door, broken cabinet door, and the non-functioning wi-fi, which we spoke to staff about and were given a 1-800 number to call. They couldn't even help us. I eventually get the rest of our stay refunded through the customer service number, so that's good I guess...now it's time to hunt for another hotel that employs functional, competent, communicative human beings. My room was very clean and had no musty air conditioner smells. That's most important to me. The decor has been partially refreshed, though some of the furniture is a little older, and laminate floors always feel cheap to me. The shower includes shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers instead of wasteful little single-use bottles. The hot breakfast is consistent from day to day and among the better included hotel breakfasts you'll find. The motel is close to the freeway, but noise wasn't a problem. You can hear the freeway a bit, but it's nothing the AC fan on low won't mask. Overall it's solidly above average for a motel of its class. read more

I absolutely love this place. I have stayed here twice already and will continue to stay whenever the need arises. My first stay was last year during the Fourth of July holiday. We had family visiting and staying a few days with us and I'll be damned if I was gonna sleep outside in the car parked in the driveway not to mention taking a number just to use the house bathroom (we only have 1 bathroom for the house). My first room (309) was moderately sized, you can't house another family per say, but there was enough room to have a couple of bodies to stay the night with enough ample room for everyone to sleep and not be disturbed. There's not much to speak on as far as the furniture goes. There's a plush lounge chair with an ottoman for the ultimate relaxation experience. Along with an office type chair and table. The television is nice and flat but nothing to brag about. Along with the closet and dresser drawer with a small vanity area with a sink and mirror and a couple of night stands there really isn't to brag about. Now for the piece de resistance. The bathroom. If it had come with a microwave, mini fridge and a flat screen, I would never leave that area. The shower/potty area is about the size of a small bedroom and personally if ever own a home this would be the type of bathroom I would want built for my home. the shower area has a hair and body soaping dispensers, removable shower head and a small fold down bench. the bed was also very comfy and gave me a very good night sleep. The surrounding area that this hotel sits on is actually decently quiet. (I actually work up the street from this hotel) its sits next to the 2 Glendale freeway but you don't hear the noise that comes from it. even with the windows closed, sounds from the outside world are muffled with an exception from custom car mufflers or thee occasional motorcycle. there is a small park next door to it. you have a Popeyes chicken and pizza hut directly across from it, plus other eateries in the area or surrounding. there a shopping mall within walking distance along with very easy access to the 2 and 134 freeways. guests keep to themselves and are very quiet and courteous. Parking your car can be a bit frustrating but that's only because the parking spaces are a bit tight. there is a pool on site along with 2 outdoor seating areas. Overall this hotel is a great place to stay. its a bit pricey, not gonna lie, but once you stay here the price wont matter and you'll definitely want to come back again. read more

I had a "HORRIBLE" experience at this Best Western. This is how you treat your "Diamond Members!" Somehow common decency, respect and just plain kindness was replaced with rude, disrespectful, bullying and just plain nasty behavior by Gary the manager. I work nights as a travel nurse. I stayed here several times in recent weeks. I tried checking in and Gary the manager was very condescending and rude to me. He raised his voice "you're not checking in now check in is between 3 and 4 p.m. it was 11 a.m. and I told Gary that I had stayed there before and was able to check in early with a fee. Gary repeatedly stated "you never stayed here, not here we don't have early check ins." Then he chastized me, yelling, telling me off, going on and on about how hotels are run, other hotels check in is at 4 pm etc. I couldn't get a word in. I finally asked to speak and told him that I would pay the early check in fee. He tried to over charge me $75 for check in a 2 p.m. Early check in is $30. I could see the housekeepers cleaning the room and new that he could accommodate me much sooner but he just didn't want to. I left the hotel called customer service to complain and cancelled my reservation. I've had great experiences at the Best Western hotels. Gary should not be in a managers position. NEWS FLASH Gary you are in the service industry that means that you are supposed to be kind, welcoming and accommodating to your customers. OK so we booked a room at the best Western plus in Glendale last minute last minute around 9 o'clock we arrived there at 9:30 when we entered the lot we pulled in walked in the lady at the front desk whose name was CLAUDIA greeted me but it was a very dry greet so I tried to kill the moment and complemented her nails but she still had a very dry and unpleasant personality that kind of threw me off a little bit PLUS ITS WAS MY BIRTHDAY I TOLD HER but maybe she was tired I don't know I didn't let it bother me as much until NOW WRITING MY REVIEW we end up parking in the lot NO CHARGE I went up to my room it wasn't the room that I booked online we want a room with a tub but we were so tired we didn't even care to bring it to the attention it was day of my birthday so I was already exhausted when I walked into the room you can tell that the sheets were changed they still had the creases from when they were folded everything looked pretty clean if I really want to be a very "detailed yelper" I will say that the sink The fosset drainer in the sink was disgusting if you pull out the thingy to prevent it from clogging you'll see it's just disgusting The reason why I say so because the sink clogged a little bit I noticed that then if you go into the shower you'll see on the floor it needs to be scrubbed a little bit more mold still there. Other than that the room was nice we actually had some channels we could watch it was really cool we stayed in room 212 put the heater on I didn't know what number to call front desk to ask for extra sheets or anything like that the woman at the front desk CLAUDIA didn't give ME any of that information she just gave me my key and that was pretty much it.. all night you can hear the people next-door I forgot to mention that. When we woke up in the morning breakfast started at 6:30 AM and ended at 9:30 AM breakfast was amazing that was like the icing of the trip plus the pool was also open I didn't get a chance to go to the pool but the breakfast was just phenomenal They have a waffle maker were you make your own waffles they have oatmeal they have croissants muffins and bagels they have bacon sausage eggs and potatoes they have a yogurt stand they have orange juice cranberry juice and milk it was just really really nice like look at the pictures and you'll be able to observe it before able to observe it !!! I showered after eating breakfast and I needed another bar of soap so I seen 3 of the housekeepers outside next to the storage room and they weren't so pleasant except for 1 who had blonde hair she greeted me nicely as well I asked for some soap and they gave me like a dirty look as if I was a guest who had stayed there for five days and asked for soap every single day I only need one bar I forgot to mention they have shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower already so you can leave that in the car you don't have to carry it up to the room.. Housekeeper people were unpleasant as if I was bothering them when I walked up to the door they were standing there gossiping I think that's why they got upset because they were a caught. We end up checking out at 11 I wanted to ask for an extension till 12 but I thought you know what we have other things to do so the lady that helped us at the front desk in the AM NAMED ANJA was exactly what front DESK personality and vibes are supposed to be in the Hotel Hospitality industry! ANJA who worked the AM SHIFT She absolutely amazing made me forget about any negative vibe that I had during my stay at this hotel .. Another staff member that was so incredibly professional and kind and just the best service I've ever had was name MAY who worked in the kitchen She was just incredible she is somebody I would definitely hire she goes above and beyond and doesn't show that she's frustrated waking up early having to work she was just incredible I have nothing but good things to say about her and I'm actually really happy that I passed into her as a staff member because she definitely enhanced my experience!!! BIG THANK YOU TO "ANJA" AND "MAY" they will definitely help enhance your experience to the fullest... Last word we plan on coming there maybe in a week or two hopefully my yelp review could change and be a five-star the only reason why I put a three star on this because I need this review to have a attention From management seeing that it was my birthday and it was just a little bit not the best experience! You only have ONE birthday one day a year and I expected excellent service OVERALL but that's not the case . I will change my star rating when management makes an effort To reach out to me to help enhance my experience the next time we come find simple way to accommodate a guest who didn't have five star experience I'm a little bit crabby because it was my birthday! read more

I stay at Best Western because they have always been a good/great experience. Best Western Plus Eagle Rock was the exception. The place is dirt cheap, the room was clean. The parking lot is too small and the motel is apparently a favorite of road crews. There were three large trucks taking up multiple spaces, one was taking four spaces. The spaces that are there are as small as possible. This is a remodeled dive hotel. Best Western has put their best effort into it but put lipstick on a pig you still have a hog. We had a two night reservation, we stayed both night but we will look elsewhere on our next trip. read more

I stayed here for a week I actually had a relaxing time here. The area is just like any other area in LA I didn't feel uncomfortable here I wasn't afraid to sleep or leave my car in the parking lot. The room was a standard king size room, small fridge and microwave tucked away inside the cabinet holding the flat screen TV along with 2 drawers for your personal belongings. Plenty of channels to watch HBO was available Chair with ottoman next to the AC unit along with a small desk and chair. Two night stands available for you glasses phone etc I had no problem finding an outlet to plug in my electronics. Standard size bathroom with shower toilet and sink. Closet to hang your clothes up. Bed was hard but I didn't have a problem with it. Dolores at the front desk was super nice and handled all of our questions and needs very professionally it was truly a pleasure speaking with her. She offered great restaurant and activities recommendations Housekeeping were great never really saw them but I knew they were there. Our room was always fresh and clean each day when we returned back from a long day of site seeing I never heard the cars outside on the street or freeway The only time I even realized we were close to the freeway was when I was in the restroom. I heard people next door and upstairs every once in awhile but I believe it was due to them being too loud themselves not due to the walls being to thin If I needed or wanted to come back to this area I would definitely stay here again or I would recommend this hotel to friends Parking was fine some spots are tight but we never had a problem finding a spot to park I didn't eat breakfast here I just had a coffee due to not being an early riser or eater Thank you Dolores for you hospitality read more

Worse Hotel Experience we had in years. We are frequent travelers and have stayed at numerous hotel chains. Have stayed at this Best Western in the past, and at this time we can NOT recommend this hotel due to the following failures of the hotel to deliver value. When we complained about each item, the Monday morning front desk lady blew us off, and asked us to leave and stay elsewhere. Totally customer disrespect and failure to own any of the problems reported by the guests. Following failure by Best Wester Plus Glendale: 1. No internet available, complained twice to front desk. Was told it would be fixed Monday, on Monday morning I was told by front office lady if I did not like staying at the hotel, I could check out now. No empathy and no desire to fix problem with lack of internet. I asked for discount for lack of internet and was outright refused consideration in a very nasty way. 2. Pillows on bed were sofa throw pillows (small), not standard bed pillows, complained and told that is all they had. 3. Bathroom sink & shower had extremely low water pressure, complained and was told that is normal. 4. Took 30 minutes to check into a reserved & confirmed room, desk clerk had to call supervisor, told us problem was with their computer system reporting our reservation incorrectly. 4. Front desk attitude was horrible, no concern about the customer at all, unwilling to own customer problems, no empathy was shown and attitude was downright nasty. We do NOT recommend anyone consider staying at a hotel like this unless they do not care about value received. We expected more for a room rate of $165 per night. read more

STAY AWAY!!! Bums sleeping across the street, "Girls of the Night" hanging out in Popeye's, stains on the floor, walls, tub... It's just one nasty place! The place smells, the rooms are run down, doors don't close too well. I mean, if you NEED a place to stay, think a few times before staying here. I spent one night in this place and checked out the next morning. Please, for the love of God, do not stay here! Nothing on that street looks good to add. Do not stay here they'll steal your deposit every single time, there's not a single time that I've came here where they play dumb and act as if they don't know what happened to your money because they did their part so it's not their fault anymore.
