During my stay at the Conrad Hotels & Resorts, I witnessed an employee named Joy go above and beyond to protect and care for a guest, and I truly believe her actions deserve recognition. Last night, I saw a young woman enter the hotel clearly under the influence alongside a young man. At first, I assumed they were together, but something about the situation felt off. The young man seemed to be following her and trying to control the interaction while insisting she was "fine" and didn't need help. What stood out to me was that Joy did not simply take his word for it. She stepped in, calmly took control of the situation, and continued checking on the young woman despite the man trying to speak over her. After some back and forth, I heard Joy directly ask the young woman if she knew the man. Shockingly, the young woman said no. At that moment, Joy immediately asked the man to step away and questioned why he claimed to know her and why he was following her. Once confronted, the man left. From what I witnessed, the young woman was then safely escorted and able to recover in safety. As a bystander, I cannot express how much respect I have for Joy. In today's world, many people would have ignored the situation or brushed it off as people "just having fun." Instead, Joy trusted her instincts and potentially protected that woman from a very dangerous situation. Because of her attentiveness and courage, that young woman was able to safely wake up without a stranger in her room or something far worse happening to her. Watching this unfold honestly made me feel safer staying at this property. Employees like Joy are rare, and the Conrad should be incredibly grateful to have someone so observant, compassionate, and proactive representing their hotel. On behalf of that young woman and as someone who witnessed everything unfold, thank you, Joy, for stepping in when it mattered most. The world needs more people like you. The Conrad Los Angeles was the perfect place to stay overnight in LA. While not walking distance from much, it was easy to uber. The hotel was very clean and accommodating. The best and comfiest hotel bed. The views and interior design were spectacular and the restaurant and dining options were delicious. The amenities were great as well. The hotel so kindly held our luggage after the check out time, which was a tremendous help before our late flight. When a hotel is as accommodating as the Conrad, it truly makes the whole experience. She was super attentive, super nice, and may have sold me on getting a spa membership just so I can continue to come back here. I talked her ear off for three days during a lil staycation and had a blast. I stayed here for a weekend getaway with my son, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience from start to finish. I arrived exactly at check-in time, but the front desk told me my reservation was for one bed. I showed the agent my confirmation, which clearly stated two queen beds. Instead of resolving the issue, she told me our room wasn't ready because her system showed one bed. I'm not sure if it was simply a mistake or if she was giving me a hard time, but we had no choice except to wait. We decided to have a drink at the bar while we waited. When I walked up to order, the bartender rudely told me to sit down because a server would take my order. What made the interaction even more frustrating was that there was no one else at the bar. It would have taken only a moment to take my order, but instead, I was told to wait for a server while the bartenders stood there doing nothing. I was so put off by the experience that I decided not to order anything at all. Since our room still wasn't ready, we walked around the area for a few hours. We returned to the hotel around 8:00 p.m., and unbelievably, our room still wasn't ready. At that point, I was extremely frustrated after driving four hours to get there. After waiting even longer, our room was finally ready. The biggest issue with this hotel seems to be the staff. The front desk employees, bartenders, and servers all came across as inexperienced, discourteous, and unprofessional. The bar wasn't loud because of the guests--it was loud because the bartenders and servers spent most of their time talking among themselves instead of focusing on customers. The bartenders also acted as though they were doing guests a favor by deciding who they wanted to serve. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I will not be staying here again, and I cannot recommend it to others. read more

I've stayed at a few premium hotels over the last few years (Ritz, Waldorf, etc.), so I went into my one-night stay at the Conrad Downtown LA with a solid baseline. Honestly... It exceeded my expectations. I always assumed (apparently incorrectly) that Waldorf sits at the very top of the Hilton family, but the Conrad is absolutely up there. You can really feel the friendly service and the attention to detail from the moment you walk in. The vibe does lean a bit more "business" than "resort," but that actually worked well for a Downtown LA stay. And speaking of Downtown LA - outside, it's the full concrete jungle. But once you're inside, it's a totally different world. The interior is beautiful: warm, modern decor, and everything feels polished without trying too hard. The room was super clean and surprisingly cozy. The bed? Same level as the Waldorf... the kind where you start questioning why you ever made plans in the first place because you just want to sleep all day. Little details were fun too, like the water. No standard plastic bottles here; they had these sleek carton-style boxes that somehow feel fancier than they need to be (in a good way). I also loved the view of Disney Concert Hall. That alone made the room feel very "LA." Valet was quick and efficient, which I always appreciate when you're checking in/out around city traffic. After this stay, I'd honestly put the Conrad up as one of my favorites, mainly because I'm really into the more modern styling of the rooms. Definitely coming back in the next few months. The Conrad This hotel sets the bar high! BOOK IT! **Long review but worth the read: As consumers, when we spend our hard earned money, we want to be sure the experience is worth every dollar. Today, hotels lack so much, but continue to charge crazy rates and offer subpar services and experiences. The Conrad renews our faith in a "luxury" experience being possible: Staff: Every person we interacted with went over and above. They are clearly not just trained in excellence, but strive themselves to represent it because IT WAS NOT FAKE NICE... It was genuine care, conversation, and service. EXCELLENT STAFF Examples: Vanessa, Joshua, Joanne (Jo), Rudy, and Stephanie. Vanessa took our call and added notes to our stay to help it to be accommodated for early check in, high floor, and extra room requests. Once we arrived they honored EVERY request! They even upgraded us for my birthday. Room: Was CLEAN and fully stocked as all rooms should be. This should be a norm, I know... but it is hit or miss at other places. The room was lovely and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The black out shade was a great addition which allowed us to get our best sleep. My bday Night 1: We return from dinner and the room was reorganized and even my makeup was arranged on a black towel for me. They turned on music and mood lighting and had added a mat with slippers by the bed. The bed was remade and had extra pillows and there was birthday cupcakes, signature waiter and they even brought ice for the water. This truly made me relax and feel welcomed and special (luxury). We went to the bar and they found out my birthday was in the morning and the next night we entered the bar ( night 2) they ALL remembered and said happy birthday Joshua even made me a drink and said it's complimentary. The staff chatted with us most of the night. Each of them were super kind/genuine. It was a a chilly night I requested tea. They brought me not just chamomile tea but left extra in a lovely clear kettle that I could pour from. They also brought me honey with lemon. *They always do more than you ask! We ordered food at the bar and it was delicious. We headed back to the room and again the room was remade and a vibe was set with more water and ice, lights/music. It may seem like a small gesture but it was huge to us. The level of coordination and care it took to be sure they entered, set, and left our room before we arrived is to be acknowledged, because we didn't schedule, and moved on a whim going with the flow. The next morning at breakfast it was delicious and staff "Cruz" even brought a complimentary flan that said happy birthday on it! Above all the things I appreciate and loved about this hotel, the biggest, and most important thing was they gained my trust!!!! TRUST: The hotel felt safe and secure. Today, being able to leave your room, and things be there upon return, should be a norm, but sadly is not. So... I really appreciate that we could trust The Conrad with our safety, our vehicle, our belongings, our billing card, and everything...this truly restores our faith in hotels as a whole. We visited for a Sunday night and it was a nice experience. The valet and check in were smooth as silk. The room was a bit smaller than other Conrads I have visited, but still adequate. The service and accommodations were excellent, as was the restaurant, San Laurel. I used my AMEX benefits for early check in, breakfast and hotel credit which was nice. The reason I took off 1 star was that valet parking (which you need in that area if you don't want your car broken into) was $62, even as a Gold Member. That is ridiculous. It's like I'm living big at the Conrad! This place is central to everything in DTLA. Japan town is near, the hottest food places are around the corner. The room was modern and I really enjoyed the Toto toilet and shower. The view was nice and I couldn't complain about the bedding. For a luxury hotel, the room was a bit compact. NO ANSWER (absolutely terrifying when you need help!). After getting my situation under control, I requested late check-out due to the incident. Got hit with a wishy-washy "NO." Had to rush out to meet their "precious" checkout time while still shaken up. No harm, no foul on the hotel's end, apparently . What a beautiful hotel. I stayed here for a total of five nights, and it was magical. The rooms were immaculate, Clean, very spacious, and more importantly, comfortable. My room got turned up, at least twice a day, which was really nice, I always had fresh water next to my bedside, and some of the most delicious butter. Cookies I've ever tried. The grounds are really clean, and I felt super safe. The hotel is centrally. Located around a lot of different attractions. And super close to the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again. It's absolutely amazing: the service is out of this world, the byredo soap is a luxurious touch, everything is beautifully designed, and the room is so comfortable and clean. If you get food delivery the staff will deliver it to your room. Valet here is super fast. And the pool area is gorgeous (regret not having the time to enjoy it). We had an amazing experience at Conrad LA! We were there the week before Thanksgiving for the Sabrina Carpenter concert. I was traveling with my daughter and her friend and we had two separate rooms. One of the rooms was an upgraded suite which was absolutely superb (although my daughter and her friend took that over!). There was a steam shower in there that was equivalent to one you would see in a gym like equinox. Beautiful views of LA. Housekeeping service was superb. We did dine in the bar/restaurant as well as Jose Andres San Laurel. Both were great restaurants and, of course, San Laurel "stole the show." (I highly recommend the Crudo) The staff were wonderful. One particular hotel manager certainly went "above and beyond." La'Quan is as top of a manager as you can get. He provided exceptional service. Upon check-in, there was a minor issue that he addressed promptly with genuine care. His communication was clear and he ensured that the outcome exceeded any expectations that we had. He is the type of personnel that is a tremendous asset to a hotel or resort and deserves recognition. The hotel is also quite close to downtown so if you are there for an event at Crypto.com Arena, it's quite convenient. I highly recommend this property! read more

Had a concert in the area and decided to book a hotel and spend the night. Booked via Amex travel, i booked a double room for myself and two friends and was granted an upgrade upon arrival. The hotel is modern, stylish, and smells terrific. There is an interesting bit where there's two separate elevators - one to the valet level and then another that just goes to the rooms. We had an incredible time -- got a room on the 22nd floor, layout is ideal and we were impressed with the room. A couple other things stood out: - plenty of glassware (2 wine glasses, 2 whiskey glasses, two high ball glasses + glasses by the bed and sink). - plenty of complimentary water (served in environmentally friendly cardboard packaging) - turn down evening service + refilled our ice. - truly spectacular breakfast (Spanish themed) We also utilized the sauna and steam room on the 9th floor - highly recommend. This place is the epitome of quiet luxury. Conveniently located across from the Walt Disney Concert hall. Booked this place for New Year's Eve for a show across the street and it worked out wonderfully. While I was slightly disappointed that there was not much of a New Years Eve countdown/celebration at the hotel, I can understand why. Still, it was still a pretty flawless evening. They accommodated my request for a room with a direct view of the Frank Gehry masterpiece on the 15th level. We ate at their restaurant (New Years Eve tasting menu) which was another great experience. Their bed was comfortable and had all of the amenities that I wanted. Loved the Byredo bath products. I do not do hotel reviews, but given the experience I had at the Conrad LA, I had to. By far the best hotel experience I have had. The property speaks for itself, so I won't go into the decor, the clean, well designed rooms, and the amenities - these should be expected. What really made the stay stand out vs. my other trips to other hotels, are the little details in service. When calling ahead for check in, the reception team were extremely accommodating and professional. It never felt rushed or that I was inconveniencing them with questions. When asking for a crib for my youngest, it came with baby soap, a baby bathtub, and extra water for the kids. They even suggested local activities for them (museums, etc.) Room service was always on time, and every member of the staff I came across were consistent in their service. Being on time is such a small thing, but when you have kids that become monsters when they do not eat, this can be such a help for scheduling. The Conrad LA has become my favorite hotel and I hope that this level of detailed hospitality continues. Definitely staying again the next time I am in downtown. read more

Great Service!! Solid 4.5 star experience. I booked this hotel for one night through Amex FHR and stayed here mid July 2025. I got a decent rate and am a HH Diamond member. There were some minor things that could be improved upon which I will get into a little later. I valeted my car, took the elevator to reception. Kind of confusing but found the front desk after some turns. Check-in was a little slower than I would have liked but it appeared the front desk was catching up on something after one person ahead of me. Front desk was friendly, upgraded my room and gave me my FHR benefits page. They walk you to the elevators since it's around the corner. My room was super nice. Only real complaint is there is no mini fridge. Staff later told me they could bring me one when requested. I had to use the minibar fridge which caused some pressure on the drinks and you probably guessed it, caused a minibar charge which was later reversed. The view was fantastic and the hotel location is near the courts and city hall. I walked to a nearby restaurant. Walkable but a little hilly on the way back. Traffic was not horrible that day. Through FHR, you get a $100 hotel/dining credit and separate $60 breakfast credit that can be used in the San Laurel onsite restaurant or room service (same floor as the front desk). I used the $100 dining credit at the San Laurel for dinner. Fair warning, the $100 will not go far as the food is fine dining ($$-$$$) on the smaller side but so yummy. I would describe the entrees as slightly larger than Spanish Tapas style. I was with another person and we ordered several entrees and shared (family style). I'm not a big lamb chop person but I gave them a shot and it was sooooo gooood!! Had some FENNEL SOUP* Dungeness crab, Manchego espuma, fennel pollen (photo attached). Wow!! Again, tasty. Appetizers were over $20 and entrees anywhere from $40-60 a piece depending on the item. Steaks a little more. Hard to make $100 go far but I had to splurge. Where the Conrad steps up is the level of hospitality; the service was impeccable. I had drinks at the bar, same floor as the front desk. Bartenders were friendly, patient and just over all AWESOME. Drinks were not cheap but service was on point. I had breakfast the next day at the San Laurel. Again, hospitality is where the Conrad shines. They spoke my name often and made me feel special. I'm not a rich guy but they made me feel valued. Here is some important info for HH members which I learned the hard way. If you have Amex Aspire, the Conrad is considered a resort but it's not on the resorts list so it will not trigger the $200 resort credit. I swore it was before but it currently is not on the list. As you may be aware, and it varies by hotel, but you will not get the additional daily FB credit as a diamond/gold member here, only the benefits through Amex FHR mentioned previously. Valet is a little pricy ($62) but consistent with downtown LA hotels. Would I stay here again??? ABSOLUTELY!! I look forward to staying here again. read more

Janelle and Noel greeted me upon arrival, super executional. They both treated me like royalty and made me a super satisfied client. They treat others like family. We rarely get a chance to stay at a 5-star hotel so when the opportunity presented itself to stay in DTLA, we took it. Conrad is located conveniently next to Walt Disney Concert Hall and very close to popular neighborhoods like Little Tokyo and Arts District. Valet parking is the only reliable option (unless you're okay with metered, street parking further away) and comes at a steep price, as expected. We got The Deluxe Room on the 19th floor and I thought it would be high enough from all the noise but you could actually still hear a lot. The room is huge and can feel even larger if the partition between the bed and bathroom is opened up. There isn't really a desk to work at but there's plenty of storage space and lounge space. They also provide robes and slippers to walk around in! The mini fridge has weight sensors so make sure you don't pick anything up unless you really want to purchase it. If you're looking for water, head down to the gym for free bottled water. As for the commodities, the gym is kind of small but open 24 hours. As I said earlier, there's free bottled water and a water dispenser if you have your own reusable bottle. There's also a sign for fitness classes at 8AM on the weekends but I'm not sure if those are free or if reservations are required. The pool is more for lounging instead of exercise and there's plenty of lounge chairs to relax in. If you're interested in reserving a cabana, you can do so on resortpass.com. One nice amenity is the free sunblock! Overall, a very nice stay but definitely something for special occasions. The workers were all very nice too! When I checked out, they had accidentally added something from the minibar, which we didn't use, and they had it removed immediately. read more

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this hotel, especially considering that I have stayed here more than six times before. The issue began with a serious problem involving the window in my room. The window would not close properly, which caused significant outside noise to seep directly into the room throughout the night. To make matters worse, there was also a corporate event taking place in the room downstairs, making the noise level extremely loud and making it nearly impossible to sleep properly. I reported this issue to the hotel twice, but nothing was resolved when I returned to the room. This eventually forced me to switch rooms entirely. This was not a matter of personal preference -- it was an actual issue with the condition of the room itself. Because of the lack of sleep and constant noise, I ended up getting sick with a cold during my stay. What made the situation worse was the way the hotel handled it. There were no proper apologies, no meaningful resolution, and instead I was rushed into a very hasty room change late in the evening after already returning exhausted from a long day. A hotel is supposed to be a place where guests can properly rest, but instead the entire process created confusion and frustration while I was already tired and sleep deprived. Because the room switch happened so abruptly, I unfortunately left some items behind during the transition. Despite housekeeping entering the room the following day, nobody informed me that items had been found or left behind, and nothing was properly escalated to lost and found. During this process, my very valuable and expensive shoes went missing and were ultimately stolen. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of communication and organization among the staff. I had to explain the entire situation repeatedly to multiple employees because there seemed to be no proper memo or internal communication system in place. Every conversation forced me to repeat everything from the beginning. I was also told that I would receive a call back at 7 AM regarding the issue, but nobody ever called me. I stayed awake waiting for an update, only to eventually have to contact the hotel myself. When I did, the staff once again appeared completely unaware of the situation and asked me to explain everything all over again. I know exactly where I left the item, and I thoroughly checked every area and premise of both rooms to ensure nothing was accidentally left behind. The item was not in either room. This entire experience was extremely frustrating, unacceptable, and unprofessional. For a hotel of this standard, there should absolutely be better accountability with housekeeping procedures, lost-and-found handling, room maintenance, and internal staff communication. I expected far better treatment and professionalism from a hotel I have trusted and stayed at multiple times. read more

From the moment I arrived, the luxury and elegance of the property were immediately apparent, and the staff never dropped the ball on excellent service. The first thing that wowed me was how helpful, attentive and kind the bellhops and valet staff were. I wish I could remember all their names and give them a shout out individually! They found out we were there for the Lakers game and talked basketball with us eat time we ran into them. The personal touch is really nice and appreciated. 2nd was Robert at the front desk. He was a total super star! He was professional, attentive and went out of his way to make our experience fantastic. The design and attention to detail in every corner are truly stunning. The rooms are spacious, impeccably designed, and equipped with every amenity you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I loved the boxed water, robes, and slippers! This marks my third stay, and each time I'm blown away at all of the things they manage to get just right. The Conrad truly stands out as an oasis in downtown LA. The hotel's effortless elegance is apparent, but it's the meticulous attention to detail that truly impresses. For instance, when you're directed to another area, like one of the restaurants or the concierge, staff discreetly radio ahead so you're greeted by name. I mean, what in the secret service...?! Another small but impressive touch occurred when we got to the room. I grabbed a water and the bellhop asked if I'd like ice delivered. I reluctantly agreed - the whole hotel ice bucket thing grosses me out. I was pleasantly surprised when a few minutes later, the ice came freshly delivered in a cling film covered silver bowl on a napkin-lined plate. My inner germaphobe could not have been happier! This level of thoughtful service is exemplary. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. It feels less like a hotel room and more like someone's stylish, mid-century modern apartment. The vibe is unmistakably Californian with subtle European and East Asian influences. The latter is particularly noticeable in the zen-like bathrooms with their clean lines and soft lighting. The Byredo toiletries make the whole experience that much better. I had booked a premium view king room but was upgraded to a studio suite through my credit card rewards program. The rooms always deliver - massive, comfortable beds, plenty of well-placed seating, and floor-to-ceiling windows with automatic shades that add an extra touch of luxury. Each time I visit I don't want to leave. The Conrad is an excellent choice for a business stay, an elegant place to retire after a night of high culture (the Disney Concert hall and Dorothy Chandler Pavilion are right across the street and there are several museums within walking distance) or a relaxing getaway. Although I haven't tried the spa--I'm not really a spa guy--I've heard it's quite impressive. I might give it a go and update my review if I do. In short, the Conrad EXCELS in providing a superior experience. Do yourself a favor and book a stay here. read more

We came here for spa day and had a great time at the pool. As well as their three restaurants and bars. San laurel is for breakfast and dinner. Lobby bar is great to have drinks and snacks. Aqua Viva is a poolside restaurant and bar with live DJ in the afternoon. The views of the Walt Disney concert hall were great! We hung out at the pool after spa treatments. The pool was pretty big but no jacuzzi. There were enough chaise lounge chairs and umbrellas. They serve food and drinks from the outdoor restaurant next to the pool. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive, she made sure our pool time was relaxing and comfortable enough. This hotel isn't too big but with enough amenities to enjoy. Also good restaurants & bars to hang out. All the staffs were so friendly and accommodating everywhere we went. I am a big fan of Hilton hotels and Conrad definitely lives up to the high standards! Ps. Valet was $40 with spa validation, overnight is $62! read more

My daughters stayed here for the night before the wedding. All I heard was great things. When I entered the lobby area, the desk person had to call my daughter to confirm if I could go up to their room. I waited in the very pretty waiting area till she came down to get me. When I entered their room, I immediately LOVED their view of City Hall, the museum from another window, and I could see the Cathedral as well. Since my daughter was getting married the next day, the hotel sprinkled rose petals on her bed, gave a bunch of balloons, and provided a cute snack tray of yummy desserts which also included a possible cake topper of a bride and groom made in chocolate. While the girls were getting ready, I relaxed in the robe that I found in the closet. The bathroom was so modern. I opted to pull up the shade in the bathroom to let in more natural lighting into the bathroom. The toilet was in a separate area of the bathroom which was great in case one person wanted to take a shower or use the bathroom sink. Since parking was VERY expensive, I opted to park at the Music Center and walked the short walk to Conrad. I would definitely recommend staying here for the night if you are getting married at the Cathedral or if you are an out of town guest. read more

A luxury stay and oasis in the middle of bustling city life that is DTLA. The Gehry designed building blends in beautifully with the Gehry designed LA music hall across the street. We stayed in room 1709 which was clean, modern, and with an open airy feel. The use of neutral color tiles and fabrics are very calming and appeals to most tastes. Our view of DTLA and the LA Philharmonic-Disney Hall is spectacular. The ample bathroom, shower, and vanity with excellent notions pleased me the most. The in-room coffee, bottled water, and tea selection were also convenient. From the moment we drove up to the valet port to check in at the lobby; I knew that this experience was going to be very special . The lobby bar caught my eye! Nicely done.. great design. A tremendous thank you to Diana at the front desk reception. Diana was super friendly, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable about everything we needed to know about our stay. I was impressed by the bright design of the rooms (I especially liked the minimalist decor) and the fast food delivery - the burger with truffle sauce is worth a special mention! However: - It took 20 minutes for hot water in the morning - the receptionist apologized and offered a dessert in compensation - The mattress is too soft for my taste, but it was perfect for my friend - The veranda overlooking the park needs to be updated (worn out pillows, but the furniture itself is stylish) Why 4 stars? Any shortcomings are compensated for by the genuine care of the staff - without a hint of formality. It's worth stopping by for their banana pudding take home! read more

Rooms were small yet clean. We had an issue with plumbing, but it was fixed immediately. Pool was clean, but the lounge chairs needed to be dusted and wiped down. They need a bigger menu for poolside. Food at the pool was mid. Bathrooms throughout the property were clean. Spa was clean and the service was great. Everyone at the spa was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel, but be aware that the area outside the hotel was not safe at all. Downtown LA is not safe and was dirty. The property itself is beautiful. read more

This hotel provided the absolute best and most special experience for the night before my wedding! I stayed here the night before my wedding and used the hotel room to get ready with my bridesmaids the morning of the wedding. My groom also stayed at the hotel in a different room, and because we are Hilton gold members they provided a complimentary upgrade to both of our rooms and a late check out! The concierge team, especially Oliver, was so incredibly thoughtful and decorated my room with rose petals and provided a bottle of champagne, and some sweets! We had a Mountain View room and the views were absolutely beautiful and per my makeup artist and photographer the lighting was perfect! So if you're booking here and doing hair/makeup or photos in the room, I definitely recommend the Mountain View suite for ideal lighting! The entire Conrad team was so professional, polite, and very accommodating to my requests. Valet was $69 per night with in & out privileges. I loved all the amenities in the room including the nespresso machine and byredo toiletries. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, whether you are coming to vacation in LA or if you are looking for a hotel for a nice occasion, this is the spot! read more

This hotel is so beautiful, comfortable and amazing service. It is located in downtown LA and it is super luxurious, nice decor all around. I loved the panel to control shades, lighting, ac, etc all in one place bedside. The floor to ceiling windows are gorgeous. The bathroom is impeccable. The restaurants are lovely. Valet service is quick. Only thing I didn't like is that I was driving a Tesla and needed charging, when I asked they had to put me on a wait list for charging. I spent two days over the weekend in a cabana at the pool of the Conrad. Lauren and Raven's attentiveness and anticipation of needs was immaculate. From spotting a need for a towel to bringing a fresh cup of ice once mine had melter, they were quick as a bunny. The grilled cheese was one of the best I've had and the fries were like McDonald's but better. 10/10 would go back again for the experience the pool gives and the service that was provided. read more
