A friend of ours recommended this hotel to us, and they stayed here as well. Our room was very clean and large. There was a nice-sized mini refrigerator in the room, along with a small microwave, a coffee pot with coffee, cups, etc., an iron, and an ironing board. My husband said the shower was fantastic. Unfortunately, I didn't get the opportunity to experience it for myself since I had taken a shower at home before the party and wanted to leave right after breakfast so I could watch the Rose Parade. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good. They had scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausages (didn't look good though), fruit, yogurt, cereal, muffins, bagels, and toast. You could also make your own waffle or pancake. My girlfriend made a waffle, and it looked delicious. The only issue I had was when I checked out. I tried to check out on the TV in our room, but I didn't see that option available. I tried to call the front desk, but I couldn't get through. So, I went down to the lobby to check out. There was someone working at the desk, but she was on a very detailed phone call and didn't even glance at me. I didn't have a pen on me or I would've written a note. I just left and then called the hotel in the car and checked out. Other than the check-out process, I really enjoyed this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom was also excellent and clean and the shower head is superb! What I did not like: They do not offer drinking water at the lobby, they only offered it through the juice machine during the breakfast, which was served from 6-9am on Monday morning. The breakfast was scrambled eggs, boiled eggs (not peeled), sliced bread, plain bagels and breakfast sausage, packaged instant oatmeal, you could make your own waffle as well. All the food seemed very low quality for the hotel's price range. The muffins they had were very sticky, and the eggs overcooked. Nothing tasted good. They do not offer fruit on the breakfast bar and they do not offer free drinking water at the lobby. Before the check out, I went to the juice machine to try to serve myself some water and the machine was turned off. They have a fridge near the front desk and the price for each water bottle is $4. I checkout and a minute later I purchased the same water at the gas station for $1. I paid $162.60 for one night and included complementary breakfast. I have stayed at other hotels with same amenities and the breakfast is excellent, they provide water 24/7, and they are only $130/night. Bottom line is that if you are fine paying a $162.70/night and paying $4 for each water bottle you need throughout your stay, this hotel offers a very comfortable bed with elegant and crisp linens, but if you want to enjoy the food and love to drink water, I recommend you finding a different place.

BEST STAY OF OUR ROUTE 66 JOURNEY!…read more I booked this night's stay months ahead of time to make sure we got to stay here. From the front desk to the room to the manicured area, stellar stay. Kevin at the front desk checked us in and was a lot of fun. Very personable and helpful. Samir who was also the manager, was helped us with our reservation issues and was there when we checked out. He was amazing, helpful and just a sweetheart. I highly recommend a stay here while out on the the Route 66 roadtrip or just anytime in the San Bernardino area. Thanks again for memories that will last a lifetime.

If you are a light sleeper you may not want to run the AC in the night. Wifi available and code was given to you with your cards. Room service was available and came to our room while we were gone. I appreciated coming to a picked up room. Although I forgot to put a tip in the envelope for housekeeping. I made sure before leaving this morning that tip money made its was into the envelope. It was nice walking around the 20 Tee Pees. Everyone who worked at the wigwam motel was very pleasant. If you want to fill up on ice it will cost you a quarter. If you so happen need change go inside the office they will give you a quarter or two. It was quite we hardly heard any traffic. But early morning there was a load of old classics that came driving thru taking photos. It was nice to see. They have coffee complimentary in office. We are not coffee drinkers so passed on the offer. There is tons of things to buy for moments in office plenty to see. They offer cable and had showtime available as a prime channel. We enjoyed watching a movie or two while we relaxed in the evening. Wigwam motel is a great stay and also our half way point to joshua tree or other locations we travel to.

Staff were all very friendly, and I appreciated the help with check in. Overall, an amazing location for a conference with an amazing room, great selection of delicious food, and wonderful waitstaff. - Parking: plenty - they have an attached strip mall with food options if you want, but honestly their conference food was beyond my expectations - bathrooms: maintained well and kept clean throughout the day - audio: great, no issues and they provided a couple of handheld mics too - lighting & projector: great, no issues - service/waiters for empty plates: 5/5, were very stealthy and made a couple sweeps to pick up empty plates after breakfast and lunch (much better than another conference location I went to where the staff was clanging plates loudly throughout the conference) There was a drink cart set up right outside the conference room in the hall with: 1. Hot water for tea, with a selection of 5-6 teas 2. Regular Coffee and decaf 3. 3 Juice selection incl. OJ (morning only) 4. Paper cup with lid 5. Mugs and glass cups to choose from Breakfast: buffet style 1. Scrambled eggs 2. Bacon 3. Sausages 4. Assortment of pastries & muffins 5. Assortment of Fruit Lunch: buffet style, one of the best conference buffet lunches I've ever had 1. Chicken 2. Streak 3. Pasta 4. Green beans 5. Carrots - this was surprisingly a crowd pleaser, many people went for seconds, it was cooked that good 6. Mashed potatoes 7. Salad TLDR: absolutely amazing conference experience, kudos to the chef for scrumptious food and to the conference organizers for hosting it here!

Good branding…read more Reasonable pricing (somehow their average price is less than what you will see online so call ahead... it's one of the few that you should call ahead before booking online because it may be cheaper booking directly by calling ahead which I regret not doing!). Loved, loved, loved their breakfast. It's far and wide now to find a hotel that includes breakfast in their reasonable pricing (in a "hot" spot) that serves a warm breakfast besides do it yourself waffles which I greatly appreciated. They have a rotating menu and on this day it was sausage gravy biscuits. Yogurt. Typical juices. Oatmeal. Has chocolate flavored waffle mix as well but an extreme bitter after taste. Strange coffee machine... brewed Capp and it was sweetened latte. ***it seems as if some rooms do make you pay extra for breakfast as a worker was asking for room numbers Comfy beds with white sheets. Showers = shower curtains. Knobs are placed backwards. Kind of old, in need of a remodel. Strange side entrances. Glad there's an elevator, being 3 floors. Free parking.

I stayed at another Best Western the night before with the sterile grey look and I felt like I was sleeping in a hospital. It still has the older decor with warm colors, wood and gives off that 2000s Tuscan feel. I knew I was going to sleep SO good there. (And I really did!) Amber checked me in, and really turned my night around. I was having a really rough night and had just finished crying in my car, too tired to even function. Amber was SO kind and chatted with me as she checked me in, I told her I had kind of a crappy experience at another BW the night before, so she made sure I had a nice quiet room so I could finally sleep. She really seems to care about her job and the guests and that was SO refreshing to experience. There is a grocery store right across the street that was great for getting some supplies. The free breakfast in the AM was actually pretty good, though the attendant kind of grilled me about what room I'm in and made me present my key which was weird. The room was very comfortable and clean. The decor warm and inviting. Bathroom was extremely spacious. I got a really good (and much needed) night's sleep here.

I paid for two nights expecting a clean,…read morenon-smoking environment, but the second night my room was completely filled with marijuana smoke. This made it impossible to relax or sleep, and I had no choice but to check out early. No guest should have to leave a hotel they paid for because the room is uninhabitable. What is even more concerning is that after looking at other reviews, I saw multiple guests reporting the same marijuana issue. This clearly shows it is an ongoing problem that management has not properly addressed. Although another room was offered, it was late at night and not reasonable to move, especially with my granddaughter. At that point, the damage to our stay was already done. A non-smoking hotel should enforce its policies and ensure guests are not exposed to smoke. I paid for a service that was not delivered. I am requesting a full refund for the night that was impacted, as well as the return of my deposit. This is the fair and reasonable resolution. If this is not handled appropriately, I will continue to escalate this matter and share my experience on multiple platforms.
