By looking at the outside I got worried since I never stayed in this area and the entrance looked small inconspicuous and older; however, once I walked in the first doors and saw the two chairs and fountain I started having hope, then tge second set of doors into the lobby and it was busy. I checked in fast and the front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. Still unsure of how my room was going to be, I entered and was pleased. It smells new, is very clean and very spacious. The bathroom is well set up and clean too. It's comfortable and I'd be fine if I had to stay all week. I again am happy with my Best Western choice. Only recently have I started using them for my travels and I'm starting to like the chain. I would definitely recommend this place.

Even the tip was still there.

The room was dirty and did not look like the bed was changed. When I asked for a clean room they did give us a different room. But when I checked in I asked to pay cash they said it would have to be paid at checkout. At checkout they said the bill was already paid for by the card to hold the security for the room. I have added pictures to the site of the room.

Dunkin' is right nearby for coffee runs, and Lucca--a great spot for dinner--is just a short walk away. * Quiet Stay: The hotel and surrounding area were calm and peaceful. Great for getting rest. * Room: Not the most modern decor, but clean, well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable. * Amenities: There's a restaurant and full bar on the second floor, which is a nice bonus if you don't feel like heading out. Cons: * Only one working elevator while I was there. In the mornings, it got jammed up with cleaning and service staff, so you could be waiting 5-10 minutes just to go down. Frustrating, especially if you're trying to get out the door quickly. Fix the elevator situation and it's a 5-star stay. Solid pick overall.

I once stayed at a Motel 6 where the bed felt like it was made of cardboard with a duvet on top. At…read morethe price point of a motel, some things are forgivable. When we come to a four-star hotel, my standard become a higher. Something I cannot corroborate is issues with cleanliness. I brought a blacklight, and nothing stood out. The only thing I noticed was some water spots on the bathroom sink, which is a non-issue. What I can get behind is the age of the rooms. The furniture had more than its fair share of dings and other signs of aging (such as the poor nightstand in the photo I attached). As for the mattress, it was notably springy, not necessarily uncomfortable, but either of a lower quality, or very old. Speaking of bedding: The blanket was a european style of a blanket/comforter that inserts into the top sheet (not a big deal, just strange). What is a bigger deal is the lack of a fitted sheet. While tucked in, this is suboptimal for someone who tosses and turns like a rotisserie chicken (such as myself). Before I forget - the chair that comes with the desk was unexpectedly uncomfortable. I've sat in better metal and wood chairs than this nonsense - and it is supposedly cushioned! Finally, the room I was in was noted as accessible, though not requested as such. However, some things did not seem well adapted to a person with disabilities. The shower has a step as opposed to being roll in, there is a grab bar in the shower, but no such bars around the toilet. The only things I was able to notice is a doorbell connecting to a siren/strobe (which can thankfully be turned off via a lightswitch to prevent 3am pranks), the shower bar, and lowered shower controls (though not toiletries, it seems?). If you are in need of an accessible room - proceed with caution. Finally, there is the brunch. This was pretty basic with some pastries, porridge, breakfast meats, fruit, and scrambled egg product (I doubt it is real egg). The quality was not great, but the price tag was somewhere just under $20. I think the brunch is emblematic of the whole experience. That being: it was acceptable, but at this price point and caliber, it needs to be better than just acceptable. The only really good thing is that there was a hook outside the shower to grab a towel right as one leaves.

We had a bedroom area with a king sized bed, a TV, a foyer, a living room with a wet bar and a TV, two chairs and a sofa, a smaller but full bath in that room. When we first went up the stairs to get to our room, it smelled like urine and had a bad musty smell. The other rooms seem to have been occupied by permanent residence. Also on the way to our room we smelled a strong smell of marijuana. Get to our room and the smell just smacks you in the face. It was dingy and musty. Was a 3 bedroom, so there was an extra room towards the back with a king size bed. In that room there was no TV but a tv stand, the night stand had no drawers and a drawer was missing from the tv stand. The other beds were bother the same size but one was higher than the other. The phone did not work, Mold on the curtains, gum stuck to the carpet, comforter looks like it hasn't been washed in years. I figured we get some air freshener, keep our socks on & take off the comforter and sleep on top of the sheet, because it seemed pretty clean. I also figured because we wasn't going to be in the room most of the time, we will be ok. Boy was I wrong again!! I should have ran, when I first smelled the hallway to my room. Anyways, my family went out to a movie, got back later that night. The boys (3 teenagers) were sitting on the bed when ants started crawling on their shoes. At this point I decided I was going to check out in the a.m and find new hotel. I call the front desk to tell them about the ants. They sent someone up, to spray along the walls. I tell my family as soon as we wake up we are leaving. So as everyone is sleeping, at about 2am I start feeling like I'm being bitten by mosquitos. I jump up, wake up my husband, we pull the sheets back, and lord and behold a bed bug in plain sight, crawling on the sheets. With about 8 bites all over my back and arm, I couldn't stop itching. I immediately called and made another reservation for a different hotel but could check in until after 2pm. My husband ran out to the nearest 24hr CVS to buy anti itch cream and bed bug spray so that we can spray out belongings. Needless to say, I got no rest because I stayed up from 2am to 7:30am freaked out. DO NOT! DO NOT! DO NOT! STAY HERE!!
