Sienna was incredible accommodating and helpful putting together a perfect group of stones and crystals for my wife's friend and even throwing in some free incense and other items. All of this is great, but it was what happened at checking out that really made me want to write a review and hope it helps her business, especially since I don't really use yelp much anymore, I'd rather only write positive reviews for great experiences than anything else. At checkout I noticed a plant I used to have. Sort of a creeping vine leafed plant. My toddler poured a ton of juice in it and unfortunately it died. Without even saying anything else after identifying it for me which I have already unfortunately forgot, but I'll make a point to look it up through a photo later, she cut a clipping and gifted it to me in a small glass with water completely free of charge. This was a small gesture, but it meant a lot. The plant that I previously had that died was my mothers, who was killed 6 years ago now. So even though she was unaware of that, the gesture was very meaningful to me. If I ever need anything from this shop, I wouldn't hesitate to come back here, or refer a friend in need. They sent me a photo of a busted rim which we reserved google image searched and found that it had been pulled off a reddit chain.... The fact that they never bothered to reach out to me when they "got a flat tire", combined with lying about the delay and taking a photo off the internet to send as proof of the incident shows not only a lack of professionalism, but also that they are scam artists.
