From personal experience, I know that some talk therapists can fall into the trap of saying your problems are everyone's fault but your own or that they're all completely your fault, neither of which is truly helpful. One of my favorite things about working with Amy is that she is more of a motivator or coach than anything else. She's very much aware that your physical well-being is directly connected to your mental and emotional well-being, and she's always suggesting physical things--like running, biking, swimming, or even a leisurely walk--that will ultimately help your mental and emotional state. And she's always in favor of making a solid plan. "What do you want to change? What do you want to achieve? What does that look like in your life? Then how do you get to that point?" Also, on one of the machines, I stayed on it for 30 minutes and lost 400 calories. There are 3 different sections in the studio: Fitness, Wellness, and Cosmetology. In the Wellness section, there was something called lymphatic drainage and electro-stimulation. In the Cosmetology section there is a laser and some kind of machine that removes wrinkles. I tried the laser, and it didn't even hurt. The lady who works there was very nice, and explained each machine to me. I made an appointment via Facebook Messenger, and she replied within minutes. Also, she told me that my first consultation was free, and it even included a diet plan made just for me by measuring my fat, weight and other stuff. I am very satisfied.
