She has an amazingly warm and gentle touch that made this reiki session even more comforting! Once we finished the session, the messages she had received and given me from the session were SPOT ON! No hecklers and gigglers- you know what I mean. I have lost 35 pounds since the beginning of the year. Though I don't think was was just a few hours a week of yoga, I do beleive that I am grounded during the week and not stressed.
