Not worth time and money! Called in to ask pricing of a gel pedicure, was verbally told $50 but after getting to the salon and my previous polish removed was told $80. In every pedicure I ever received they remove polish and soak your feet, usually taking 10 mins after soaking to trim cuticles and clean up toes, barely done and this was to dry skin! Soaked my feet for a total of 3 mins, spent less than a min on callous removal, no sugar scrub of calves which has always come with every basic pedicure I received. When was the last time your gel pedicure took 20 mins? Overall the worst pedicure I've ever received, for $80! read more

literally one of the worst manicures and pedicures I've ever had technician polished my toes in the wrong color. given her a pink she polished red then she took money from me for my up charge dazzle, dry nails, and they're so streaky when I gave her a 20% tip apparently she was looking for and did not finish the polish. I'm disgusted by them you need a better nail salon. read more

I have been here numerous times but am stopping now. Had a manicure on Sunday- it's Tuesday and already it's chipping. Will go back to Sag Harbor salon- their manicures last over a week. Not sure what the difference is- old polish? Poor prep? Doesn't matter- done wasting my money here. read more

I was there around 5:25pm yesterday. They took me immediately after i already called and asked if I could come in 15-20 mins. I haven't had a manicure in like a month, and I don't want to be shamed for it. That's why I'm there, right!? However, the woman who did my manicure was really rude. She rushed through my mani and was insulting the fact my hands were dry "don't use lotion never" AND didn't even say it to me directly, she was telling someone else and the staff while laughing. What amazing customer service. The pedicure girl was ehhh. She put the water on scalding and put my feet into it with no problem. Needless to say I will not be back. A few months ago, I was there with my friend and she left the tip on the card because they leave a space for it. The woman saw she had cash in her wallet and actually came back TWICE asking to change her tip and demanded the $7 in cash in her wallet. If you're going to insist on cash, there should be sign saying "cash tips only" and don't leave a space for it on the bill. Only to harass your customers. Really pushy staff. Pedicure was just ok. Made an appointment and still waited 15 min.What happened afterwards was not ok. After running my card for the amount of the services I wrote in a (generous, over 20%) tip amount. I was told I had to change the tip amount to add $3 for "credit card processing charges." That amounts to a 10% surcharge on the tip amount for using my card. (Based on a 3% credit card service fee, the actual charge would have been $0.90 to the merchant.) I was not advised of this prior to running the card and there was no signage stating the policy. This seems greedy and sketchy. AVOID in favor of more honest, transparent businesses. read more

I seldom write a review but must get word out. I have given this salon enumerable chances but have come to conclusion that their product is inferior and abilities are inadequate to deliver quality lasting results. a gel or powder manicure should last more than 5-6 days and neither do despite wearing gloves at home as often as possible. I have circulated through many of staff to find the right one but have found them rough and hurried. my expectations are reasonable. this salon is about quantity not quality. Got manicure but they didn't do a great job. Pretty sloppy on painting, filing is uneven between the two hands and couldn't get the almond shape right despite having a inspo pic on the table to show, cuticles not removed well kind of rushed. Could have done better myself. The place is newish so at least it was fairly clean inside wouldn't go back again. read more

Overpriced. The nail tech stopped mid service to give someone else a massage. Had someone else come and try to finish. At one point they were each doing a hand.. which meant two different types of nails! I don't recommend. I was not happy! read more

Tried today for first time. Very clean and a beautiful space. Had spa pedicure with 10 minutes foot massage and it was wonderful. One of the best foot massages I have had. Manicure was of the same quality. Finally found a nail salon in Southampton that is professional!! Will definitely be going back. read more

awful! none of the nails are the same shape, the top of them are slanted, they put my nails on crooked, nails are see through and not thick enough, they look out grown, and finally they look cheap as hell for a way overpriced set!!!! read more
