Desperately needed an eyebrow wax yesterday & was visiting Southampton for a day trip. Saw this place & crossed my fingers. If it were even remotely near my house, it'd be my new place: The older (than me - maybe early/mid-50s) Asian woman who helped me did a fabulous job. I wish I remembered her name - I believe she wore eyeglasses. She took time to really study as she went - wax, then scissors on top. $10 plus tip. read more

I had to wait 30 minutes for a sub par mani / pedi. It was $36 which might be reasonable for the Hamptons (?) but as someone from NYC, I would have been better off paying $25 in the city. Some of my nails were actually a little jagged at the end and the polish wasn't completely even. read more

This place sucks, they rush everyone and don't care about giving you good services. I came here last year for all my gel manicures and pedicures. (With daisy) The 3 times I've been in for a manicure this summer, I've walked out so disappointed. The lady today was extra rude, after waiting for 30 mins I sat down, had her rush filing and cutting my nails.. she didn't really cut any of my curlers which I asked her to clean up extra please.. then then finished with thick careless paint job... she finished my whole manicure in 10 mins!!!! Terrible service- my nail technician couldn't draw 2 white lines on my nail, rushed through the service because another customer was coming. Then told me there was no money on my card when the card reader was saying "chip read error" because she wasn't inserting the card all the way. So I did it myself, the receipt printed and then she didn't trust it so kept going to another employee to ask. Then asked why no tip on the card, when there are a million signs that say "tip in cash" and there was cash in my hand. Bad pedicure, bad manicure, and terrible service. read more

I have been searching for a clean, fast and excellent mani-pedi location in Southampton and I believe this is the winner. I went off season for the first time so there was no wait and no parking issue. Not sure how I'll feel next July. But, the women were wonderful and my regular mani pedi has lasted so far for a week. I'll be back--at least all winter! read more

The one star is for the woman who actually did my nails. The lack of the other 4 are for: 1- watching people walk in after me (as walk-in and I had an appt) and be taken first. 2- sitting me in the pedi chair with no water or attention for 20 mins. At lease put water in so it seems like you are aware I'm there. 3- kicking my son out of a chair next to me (when there were at LEAST 4 empty). He was doing a math workbook. Not being loud, destructive, etc... another customer told them that it wasn't right to make him go move across the salon. 4-the owner/manager reminded me quickly of the nickname sometimes associated with his name, Richard. He snapped at customers on the phone -he answers them all on speaker so everyone is privy to the conversation... I witnessed 2 ppl hand up on him bc of his snappy questioning- he snapped at customers and at his workers. Thank goodness Oceana opened up in town too so I won't have to go back here. I got a serious infection here, from a manicure, where the cuticle was cut open. Very dirty, sloppy, inept work. The urgent care doctor I went to see for the infection told me he had treated others who had gone to this place. Avoid at all costs. read more

Mae did my gel-polish manicure Tuesday morning and they started chipping four days later. She rushed through my manicure as if trying to get me out, and my sun design looks like leopard print. My regular-polish pedicure was good and still looks great. $68 for the session. The salon is clean with nice massage chairs and a nice selection of polish color. read more

Went in for a pedicure and all I got was a polish change. I asked the lady to clip my nails and all she did was file them. I asked her again to clip and I got nothing. She was more concerned with trying to get me to upgrade the treatment rather than do the job I came in for. Basically took off the old polish, gave a little file, put a little lotion on my legs and applied new color. I could have done that at home for free. $28 for a color change is robbery. I suggest you go elsewhere- there are plenty of others nearby. I won't be back . read more

I came here with my girlfriend the other day. I was having a headache and they weren't too busy so the owner offered me a complimentary massage since my girlfriend is a regular customer. How is this place open? Awful experience. My daughter and I went to for a mani pedi this morning, worst pedicure of my life. We were one of the first clients to sit. My 9 year old got a nice woman and did a decent job however I got a woman by the name Daisy. She seemed very agitated. Extremely agressive with all the tools. Finally came time to polish. My gel pedicure looks awful. My 9 year old paints my nails better. Daisy kept having to redo and then preceeded to use her sharp finger nails obsessively to scrap around every toe nail. To the point of cuts. I've never in my life experienced such a thing. I had to just stop her and walked out- couldn't even proceed with my nails. Daisy then gave me the ticket which came to 80 dollars. Child's Mani/pedi and a pedicure - 80$? Whatever I thought I just needed to get out of there. She then proceeds to stand over me and she told me how much to tip! What?! I directly drove to another nail salon. I will never again return and we live in the village. I would rather drive 40 minutes then to step foot in that establishment. read more
