The space itself is clean, well-organized, and easy to browse. I picked up some groceries and also ordered a beef bánh mì, their pho special, and a Vietnamese coffee. Everything was excellent. The pho had a rich, flavorful broth and perfectly textured noodles. The bánh mì was juicy and satisfying, with great balance in every bite. And the Vietnamese coffee? So good -- it genuinely reminded me of Vietnam. Nothing disappointed here. Whether you're stopping by for a quick meal or grabbing ingredients to cook at home, Moon Convenience Store is absolutely worth a visit.

We had been planning to enjoy dinner on the train, but alas we were at the WRONG train station. We were supposed to be in New London. I ended up calling Amtrak and then Lyft. We picked up some rather anemic turkey sandwiches. When opened, it turned out that they cleverly packed the middle of the sandwich to look like there was more turkey than the two or so slices that you actually received. The edges of the sandwich were almost devoid of turkey. The food selection is your basic convenience-store offerings: a few sandwiches, burritos, chips, candy, soda, and coffee. The attendant was friendly, and the store was clean. While I can't recommend the turkey sandwiches, we were glad that Henny Penny was so convenient. If there hadn't been hanky-panky with the turkey sandwiches, I would have given them four stars. To be fair, though, that's the first sandwich I have ever bought at a convenience store. So maybe it's typical.

I had to call the police because he wouldn't let me leave. The situation was I was driving a very expensive car and there was no spots available besides the handicapped spot the car was still running and I was going to wait in the car for my friends to run in and grab a quick bite. I was going to move the vehicle if needed. But the security came and started slapping the top of my car and then blocked me in and threatened my friends and I. It's EXTREMELY unprofessional and super disappointing he was calling for extreme violence when we were willing to leave. The police came and helped us but VERY disappointing.

Prices are pretty fair, but I do feel like they're always a couple of cents higher than the nearest Mobil or Shell stations. They have unleaded, mid-grade, and premium; no diesel. They also have an air station. There's also a pretty standard gas station convenience store. Nothing too special about it, but they have a decently wide selection of prepared foods available, which is pretty cool (like, Wawa is about the only one that regularly would have a wider selection). This is also a 24-hour gas station and convenience store, so if you're passing through here at 3 am, not only can you get your gas, you can also get an Italian sub or a slice of pizza (sure, it's not amazing, but when you're hungry at 3 am, it'll definitely hit the spot).
