Was told no problem and we would have estimate the next day as it was a common request. Several days passed, then a week and heard nothing. called office and got automated recording. Left a message and again crickets. Check out Omar on Better Business website as you will see this is a common issue. I was warned about this by one of their commercial customers who told me it all sounds great on the front end, but getting them back for repairs or modifications is another story.
