To my surprise, when I called my primary medical office, they referred me to David who according to this office has helped many of their clients. Naturally I could have called other brokers but getting such a high recommendation from a medical group was such a plus that I gave David a call. Best decision I ever made! My biggest concern was to be able to continue to use the same doctors. There is so much out there to review and David explained what would best be suited for me and my family. BEWARE.... I had reached out to Bronson for help regarding insurance. He was helpful and informative at first, but once he got our business I never heard from him again. Multiple calls and emails to get him to try to call me back and none were returned. Even got a hold of his assistance who said she'd have him call me back. NOTHING! Luckily, I found another agent elsewhere who was helpful and available anytime of the year to answer questions. I believe there are only two people left at this company, both who are unhelpful and are only there to get you signed up with them and then you will be ghosted. read more

It's just a few hours before the midnight deadline to secure "Affordable Healthcare" coverage. I THOUGHT I had done so, but just about an hour ago, I found out (through a needlessly complex set of circumstances) that this broker (referred to me by someone I personally trust) had put in the application, but had neglected to designate the plan I wanted and needed in order to ensure that I would continue to have the same doctors and medications I need. They also used a totally wrong set of figures for my income and circumstances. After finding this out, I have placed two calls to Beta Benefits, and have not gotten a return call. So, since I'm paying the price for their set of errors, I'm forced to figure a way out of this. One of my reasons for going to Beta Benefits was that, with all the pressures and things I have to do in my life right now, I THOUGHT they would be of assistance to me in figuring out the best choice in this ACA maze. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Carmen Ponce. She worked so hard for me to get the right insurance. She represents my husband's company and didn't have to help me out at all BUT she did because she cares so much. Our situation was, I was 36 weeks pregnant, and was loosing my Dr. and hospital due to new insurance changes, etc. I was on my last rope, and had to have my husband do it for me because I was a wreck. After she found me super affordable insurance that met my needs, a new Dr. and a new hospital to give birth, insurance changed AGAIN (not Carmen's fault at all). I lost my Dr. and needed a new one ASAP! Carmen made a call to her Dr. Akerman and got me in last minute. He takes my insurance and the hospital does too and I'm all set to have my baby! Without Carmen's help I honestly don't know where I'd be right now. Thank you so much Carmen for all your help. She even recommended a pediatrician for us to use. I'm in such good hands.
