I think she's either the owner or the manager but omg, if you're closed on weekends then DON'T answer the phone. There's no reason for you to pick up the phone and then yells out "WE ARE CLOSED" call back during working hours. No logic there, just don't answer. This has already happened for a couple of times. Everything is extremely slow and requires an appointment for a simple response on test results etc. but it's fine we followed the process. Now that I am disabled and unable to walk, I found it to be beyond upsetting that they would not provide me with a virtual appointment to discuss my test results where I was physically in office to provide the sample the previous day. The results were emailed to me by the lab the previous night, and the medical assistant told me that I wouldn't need to come in again just to hear my results from the doctor. She made a mistake and scheduled an in-office visit instead, and when I didn't receive a phone call, I called in. They said that I would need to schedule another appointment for another day to hear from a doctor. They wasted my time when I should've just gone to urgent care. I expressed my hardships and pain I was experiencing, but there was no sense of empathy or flexibility. They already know about my recent knee surgery, yet they were unwilling to accommodate. I find that to be extremely sad that we would call this healthcare.

I was referred to Allan by my parents' pharmacist because there were some changes this year to…read moremedical and Medicare that I could not understand. My parents told me they never had to pay anything before and got a bill in February for Pharmacy plan, so not knowing I called in and opted them out of the program so that they wouldn't get charged. Well... we went to get medication for my mom that wasn't over the counter meds and was told we had to pay. I had sooo many questions and the pharmacist told me to call Allan to get my parents in a pharmacy plan. I called Allan and he picked up right away which is always a good sign. I told him that I was freaking out because I was told to call their pharmacy plan and opt out and now they don't have coverage for meds. He explained to me a few things that were extremely important. 1- what changes were made this year 2- why my parents had to pay for the pharmacy plan 3- my options to get them back into a program that can give them meds 4- don't freak out because if they don't like the plan, within 3 months they can hop into another one. They're not locked in for a year. We decided on a plan and it will be effective June 1st and today is May 28th, so that just shows you how quickly he works. I feel very at ease meeting Allan. He's my go to guru now when I need help for my parents.
